Absolutely no complaints. I had to return the item, through no fault of Sendit.com. I inadvertently ordered the wrong item, and knew I would probably not get the replacement in time. They had no problem authorising me to return it.
Terrific customer service -- completely and utterly different to two other companbies Ive dealt with - Play.com and Printerpix. They are an absolute shambles to deal with.
I have ordered quite a few things from Sendit in fact they were one of the first online purchases I made. They were always quick in sending items out. Unfortunately they have now started to charge postage so unless item is at least £2 cheaper than elswhere I cannot be bothered to order from sendit any more as the prices are usually the same as TheHut which is free postage. I prefer to use the free postage option.
Fantastic deals always available from the site, only problem is a cheap price is not so cheap when it has a mandatory £1.99 on top of every item to cover postage when that £1.99 could cover the cost of a few items at the same time or in most cases an entire delivery. Recently was able to get a load of blu-rays for £2.99 plus the £1.99 postage for each, still way cheaper than anywhere else in that case. Highly recommended.
Paid for a DVD in November, they sent me the wrong one, I emailed them 3 times before they sent me an address to return it to, which I did the same day -first week in December. Since then I have heard nothing,although have emailed regularly, asking where the dvd is, asking for a response, any info basically. So they have charged me for a dvd which they have never sent. And according to their webiste they DID send the dvd at the begininng, so no record that they ever made a mistake. I am most angry about the total lack of response. I had ordered the DVD in plenty of time for christmas, but obviously that was a waste of time. They still owe me money.
