I returned items from Ireland on May 31st which were sent to the (incorrectly?) enclosed Netherlands return address.
Despite having contacted customer service and attaching proof of postage-I have not received a refund. I have purchased goods in the past from the likes of Amazon, Next, GAP etc and have never had difficulty of this sort before and therefore I will never order from Seraphine again.
