I have tried to order from Seraphine a few times and have had difficulties with items then being cancelled. On my most recent order I had an email saying my account had been credited, but with no explanation. I emailed back to ask what it was about, but no reply. When I eventually for through a day later to chase my order I was told that it had been cancelled as the product was now out of stock. Had they explained this earlier I could have purchased something else from somewhere else, however it then became too late. I have also had an expensive sundress from Seraphine break at the strap. I do however absolutely love the little black dress they do and wear it very often.
