This is my first time buying online with Seraphine. I was in London for 1.5 weeks and ordered the Fuchsia Knot Front Seraphine Dress to be sent to my London address, I actually paid for FedEx 48, and expected it to arrive within 48 hours. On your website it says that for this dress, delivery will be made after 16 Sept, so when I placed my order on 15 sept, I expected it to arrive on 18th Sept or before 21 sept (before my departure date in London). Until today, I have not received the dress and no email or communication to inform me of the delay of delivery. I have to call the team to request for a change of delivery address to Singapore and found out that the delivery will be delayed because of production issues. Would have been good if I had been informed earlier and I could have saved my FedEx postage as well.
