I bought a beautiful grey nursing shawl which I adore however I received the wrong colour to begin with. I left a voice message and sent an email and was contacted the following day. I spoke to a very nice woman who assured me if I returned it directly to her, she would have the correct item shipped immediately. It took over a week. From original order to final delivery was 17 days. Not so great.
