On the 1st of December I ordered a beautiful swimsuit to go to the Riviera Maya. When I checked on the 20th of December what had happened with my order (having always waited that famous "one more day" until then) I realised my order had NEVER been dispatched. Although when I contacted Serphime they did offer to send it via FedEx it was too late. Now I'm on my way to my holiday with no swimsuit and no apology when I cancelled the order.
