Really pleased with the service from Serenata Flowers
We ordered the flowers on a Thursday night, we chose a card for the message, the whole procedure took less than 5 minutes. Within minutes we received an email to say the order had been received. The following morning we received an email to say the flowers were on their way. Shortly after that we received another email to say they had safely been delivered. Our friends were really appreciative of the flowers and said how lovely they were. I would definitely recommend Serenata Flowers and also the prices were very very good. I would buy from them again 100 per cent.

Very disappointing : - (
I have used SerenataFlowers.com several times and decided to use them again to purchase flowers for my mums 80th birthday. I ordered the flowers very early on Friday 17th May and they arrived the following morning which was good. The flowers themselves were not so good. Most of the roses looked tired and not fresh with the ends looking wrinkly, the same was true with the other flowers, some of which were wilting and/or wrinkly. The lillies had not opened either so the bouquet looked nothing like what I thought I had ordered - very disappointing.... : - (

A Quirky amusing "Bunch"!

Absolutely fantastic :)
I found the website easy to navigate - and from the moment I placed my order I was updated by text every step of the way from my order being received, being despatched by courier, and being successfully delivered. My Aunt was delighted with the gift of flowers she received.

A display fit for purpose.
The flowers were chosen for a 100th birthday. Unfortunately one or two of the roses had damaged stems and the foliage was "tired", However, once it was arranged in a vase they made a lovely display,

Great Bouquet.... all blue.... but I'm not blue... just happy!
I was so impressed by the way Serenata reported back to me at every juncture.... that is: when the flowers had left the building and when they had arrived! Very positive and very reassuring! I heard that the bouquet was lovely....I hope it was..... but who is ever going to say that it was bad when it was a gift! It looked lovely on the website, so just hoped and assumed that an identical bouquet was delivered. Well done.... I'm a very pleased customer!

Sugar and Spice not very nice
I am very disappointed with the quality of the flowers my mum received for her birthday. There were only about half a dozen of stems and the bouquet did not match the picture shown. I will not be using Serenata flowers again

Fantastic quick service
fast and reliable service. Have used them before and have hand no problems. This time I ordered the night before and they were there by lunch time the next day. Will be using again.

Perfection in Execution!
Absolutely delighted with the comprehensive service and attention to detail I was kept informed throughout so that I knew the progression of my order to the point of delivery and my friend was so pleased with the flowers she received, this is the second time that I have used Serenata and will most certainly use them again when the need arises.

Very good service
Ordered roses and wine for a birthday gift. The order was taken and I got the confirmation. However, the recipient was not goin g to be home for her birthday and I emailed Serenata flowers to ask if they would deliver them the week after. They were delivered on the new date as I asked. I was very impressed with their sevice.
The roses were lovely as was the wine. I would use this service again. I was contacted by emailto say the f,lowers were on their way and was again emailed when the flowers had been delivered.

Not a happy birthday
Ordered flowers for my nan's 81st birthday. I had requested they be delivered to a neighbour but Instead they were left out all day and night in the garden!
I won't use this company again, unless I'm positive my recipient will be in!!

Flowers were apparently quite damaged when received by Sarah
Sarah told me that the flowers were quite badly damaged when left by the porch very early. The damage was such that they appeared to have been dropped prior to delivery, as they were upright when found. I think this has more to do with your carrier than it has with you.

Flowers fresh, service exceleent but actual arangeemnt smaller than I hoped, especially as I chose deluxe option.
Ordering and delivery were a dream and the bouquet looked lovely just a bit small considering I had paid more for deluxe. I would have been embarassed to give anything smaller. I knwo some of the lilies are still to open but the initial wow factor was missing i'm afraid.

Lovely bouquet
My niece posted a photo of the pretty bouquet of roses and stocks. I added truffle chocolates that were "yummy." The flowers were delivered promptly--ordered from the USA on Friday and delivered in London Saturday morning. The only caveat--I should have saved the 4 quid on the vase. Definitely a service I will use again.

Whilst e display and arrangement was nice , it would have been so much better if the lollies had been out. By the time they are the rises will be dead!

After a small opp. My sister Shelagh was overjoyed with the lovely exotic flowers.
I ordered some exotic flowers for my sister after she had a small operation . I had to get flowers which didn't have pollen as her husband suffers with hay fever. She was delighted with the bouquet.

fantastic service
Fantastic service, i live in london and wanted to buy my nan some flowers for her birthday and she lives in neath, all i did was picked the flowers i like put the delivery details in and was done for next day delivery. Quick and simple, communication was great they sent me texts notifying me that my order has been recieved, then another to notify me when the flowers left there depot, then another once they was delivered.Defiantly be using this company again, thank you.
