Terrible service, useless Customer Support, no apologies, money lost
Made two orders with this company.
1) One order could not go through several times and then my credit card was charged three times. IT TOOK ME A MONTH TO GET MY MONEY BACK
2) The second order was scheduled for 28 April instead of 28 March. A week later they offer to re-deliver flowers, but the birthday was a week before.
Customer support terrible and hang up all the time!
NO compensation, NO apologies.
Avoid them at all costs!
