Another unhappy customer. Ordered flowers on Monday, did not receive them yesterday and have been told that they were delivered to a secure location at the front of the property. As the house faces on to a main road, there are no secure locations. Nobody has signed for them, the neighbours haven't signed for them and the only response I get is that they are waiting to hear from the courier. I am out of pocket and my partner did not receive any flowers on her birthday. I live 200 miles away and wont see her until the weekend, the flowers would have been a surprise for her as I said I hadn't sent anything to her as I would give her a card and present when I see her. So frustrated and disappointed. Serenata come across as not caring. I find companies that dont provide a telephone number to call when you have a problem the ones that have something to hide. The usual excuse of 24 hour online support doesn't cut it for me. I would take 9-5 telephone support any day and feel someone is dealing with my issue. The responses I am receiving at the moment are copied and pasted one liners. The last one being..."As soon as a response has been received we will be updating you accordingly." No sorry, no "I will chase them". Please do not order flowers from Serenata if you expect to be treated like a good paying customer. You will not receive such treatment. Rather, if you want to hand money over without expecting anything back, give it to charity or a homeless person to buy a hot meal. At least you will feel like you've made a difference to someone else's life and not be left frustrated and angry. Rant over
