Service is a complete joke, I got an email this morning 10oclock saying my flowers had been dispatched. At 3.30 I tried contacting them to which I found they dont even have a phone line... I mean what sort of joke is that. I write an email asking where was my delivery, since its my girfriends birthday and she finishes work at 4. So All I ask was a simple change of delivery address.... after moaning far more than I had to go get it changed I then recieve a tx message at 6:30 saying the flowers was unable to be delivered since no one was in to collect them. I then email the company back again asking where the hell are the flowers I have been in waiting and suprise suprise the guy taken it to the wrong address even though I confirmed the new address 3 hours prior !! I ask for a refund and all i got was crap about we hold the right to deliver untill 9 on busy periods. Its october the 9th not x-mas !!!
DONT BUY THROUGH THESE PEOPLE !!!! THEY SUCK BIG TIME
