I ordered flowers to be delivered on a special date for special people on their anniversary wishing them happiness today there special day. the flowers where delivered 3 days before and this made it look like I had the date wrong. My order said the 21st December for delivery I paid and my confirmation came back after payment that the delivery said 18th, I straight away sent an email to point out the mistake made by Serenata and their answer was It was to late to change my order, My order did not have to change , someone on acceptance of my payment changed the delivery date and then blame me for a mistake. wrong move Serenata you are a con company and should be living up to the reputation you say you have instead of robbing people and calling them liars, I will never use you again and like many more of these reviews I encourage you reading them not to use Serenata Flowers avoid them there are plenty more reputable names out there
