Serenata do great flowers in great arrangements. They use another company to deliver. My last two orders were delivered late, the second one being for my mother on Mother's Day. Customer Services were again less than helpful. They snootily pointed out that the small print says they can't guarantee delivery on the specified day. What's the point of sending special occasion flowers if there's a 50/50 chance they won't arrive. What's the point of using Serenata? None at all.

I am happy to hear that you feel our flowers are excellent, this is good to hear.
It does sadden me, however, to hear that delivery was made a day late. I see that the order was for delivery in Scotland, unfortunately, due to the distance from our warehouse in London we cannot guarantee next day delivery to Scotland.
I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
