Will not use again

Needed to contact to change delivery instructions urgently but unable to find your phone number. Sent a message via your website and another 9 hours later to be told changes could not be made. Later that day got a text message to say flowers had been left in a 'secure' place by front door - impossible, front door leads from street, there is no frontage to the property. The flowers were not there when recipient did arrive home, someone had taken them in for safe keeping after your delivery driver's thoughtlessness. As the recipient was new to the area she had no way of knowing who would have taken then and had the embarrassment of knocking on strangers doors.
I would happily have paid extra or you could have given details of where recipient could collect but your web site says you have no phone so as to make your company more efficient. This was not efficient, nor did you put the customers interests first. Dreadful service from Serenata and your delivery driver.
