so angry with your company

I am dissapointed that my gran who has just found out she has cancer recieved her flowers on the 27th november with a broken vase i contacted yous on several occassions about this yous said you would deliever her some more on the 28th and she was to keep the old one i had a email today saying yous have dispatched more flowers and they will be delievered in style no flowers have shown today and i want a refund i am fuming
