Excellent this time
I've used this company 3 times now & twice the flowers have been in perfect condition & delivered as specified, but the other time the roses were wilting on delivery - a shame as they were for Mum's 80th birthday. However, I contacted Serenata - they asked me to send them photos ( a bit of an imposition on Mum) but I did & they redelivered the flowers very soon after & in perfect condition. So I will continue to use them. The website is really easy and I like that I can amend the details if need be.

Awesome service, fabulous flowers and easy to navigate shopping experience
Everything another my interaction with Serenata Fowers was great and I have no complaints at all. The progress report email alerts made me chuckle and my mum loved the flowers. I just wish I was in the UK so I could send some to myself :)

Would Recommend to everyone
I will definitely be using this company again. As it was easy and hassel free. It was great that I got updated on when the flowers had left HQ, to when my grandmother had received them. I loved that I also had the opportunity to send her a birthday cake as well. As it just made her day that little bit extra special. The flowers that she received were absolutely beautiful. So I am very please with the results.

Efficient delivery of item ordered.
Good notification of when the goods left the depot and after they arrived but it would be useful to give a time frame for delivery to save the recipient staying in all day

The flowers I ordered were delivered on time and the website was very easy to navigate. The best part was that I could deluxe the flowers that I ordered and the delvery came with soem lovely Thornton's chocolates!!!! Will use this website more often!!!

I found it extremely helpful to know that the flowers had left the shop and then heard that they had been delivered.
I found it so easy and convenient to choose the flowers I wanted on line. My son and daughter-in-law were thrilled to receive the flowers on the day that they moved into their new home.

Not as I expected.
The flowers were not as I expected. The stems were bent, some buds were browning and the whole thing was not as presentable as was shown on the website. Not happy. The "wow" factor was not there and I was disappointed.

Excellent flowers and service
These flowers were for a family who have just lost a very special person-wife and mother.
I have never ordered flowers on line before and was worried that they wouldn't be as nice as 'the picture' or that they wouldn't get there. However, my fears were totally unfounded.
I am impressed by the way I was kept up todate with the delivery and I know the flowers were 'beautiful' because I was told by the recipient.
Thank you Serenata Flowers, I will certainly be using you again, hopefully for more joyous ocassions.

Very easy to use service
Really quick and easy service to use and the flowers were really fresh. I accidentally clicked the wrong delivery date but the website has a delivery date altering section so it was easily rectified. Would use them again

Beautiful bouquet but amended instructions not applied
I understand the 'blue orchids' were unusual and beautiful but the card which arrived with the bouquet was only half finished with no indication who the flowers were from. The card had been edited online and the finished product sent to my inbox indicating the amendments had gone through but I found this was not the case when I checked with the recipient.

Absolute disaster!!!
When ordering flowers to be delivered to a loved one, it is VERY IMPORTANT that they are delivered on the date requested. So if the flowers are not delivered on the date that has been ordered, then a DISASTER ensues.
My flowers were delivered 4 days later than ordered. Can you imagine the impact???
