I am so dissaponted with my purchase from Serenata. As a student I was unable to be at home for mothers day so ordered flowers to be delivered to her. I assumed they would turn up in good condition but was mortified to hear that they were dry as a bone, some of the flowers had wilted and others were completely dead. This is not what I wanted for my mum and I am so upset by this and had to apologise to her profusely. Overall, I would NOT recommend or purchase anything from here again.
Ordered flowers for next day delivery, had not realised that could mean delivery so late as 8pm. Felt the occasion had gone by this time. To add to this, the recipient has informed me that they were not impressed with the quality of the flowers as they did not last very long and there were very few of them.
I am used to recipients gushing about how beautiful the flowers I send are in general and I take no credit for that it is all Serenata, which is why I come back every time. There is even a link in my favourites. I don't even think of trying anywhere else, the prices are excellent (especially the offers\specials) and the product makes me look good - why wouldn't I continue to come to you for all of my floral needs. Thank you for making me look good again and for making a birthday special.
I ordered flowers for mothers day, my order didn't go through but my card was charged, there then followed a series of e-mails and calls to try and get hold of someone. I eventually got a call and I was told that my payment had been found and order was complete and the flowers would be delivered. Next day (Sunday Morning) I got another e-mail saying re-problem with your order, someone will be in touch with you! Cue panic and trying to get hold of the person I had spoken to the day before (with no luck) Still haven't had a callback, thankfully flowers were delivered and my Mum was delighted and thats the only reason I am giving 2 stars. In short, service was shocking, and I will not be ordering again
My mother told me yesterday that the flowers I ordered for Mothers Day - the roses went brown the day after delivery, and the freesias had no smell. She is very good at looking after flowers and followed the instructions exactly. She thinks as I do that they were so poor that I should be given a refund
I ordered what I believed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers including a box of luxury chocolates costing £60 for delivery to my elderly mother from her son on Mothers Day. None of the aforementioned was delivered which meant that my mother actually received nothing on her special day!
I have emailed Serenata 3 times leaving both my email address & telephone number. I have tried to get a phone contact number that works, so far without success. As off today no-one from Seranata has contacted me to discuss this issue. I have therefore been unable to retrieve my £60 If my experience is a reflection of how this company respond to there customers. Then in my opinion they have no business being in the retail sector and are a poor reflection on there industry. I will never use this company again
I've ordered twice now from Serenata Flowers and on both occasions I have heard nothing but great reviews on the delivery. The price is the best around for the flowers that are delivered to and I will definitely use them again.
I have just visited my mother-in-law this week where I sent the flowers to for Mothers Day. She said they were quite wilted and not very good. This is very disappointing to hear especially as I paid more for an upgrade
