I needed to send some flowers to a very sad friend whose young and much loved dog had just been run over. I needed to get them there fast and I didn't want to spend too much money. Serenata offered me a very pretty pink posy for £19.99, delivered for no extra charge the following day. I ordered one and was reassured of its delivery a number of times over the next 24 hours. I was told when it had been despatched and when it had been delivered. My friend was delighted and said the flowers were beautiful . I think you offer an exceptional service. I`ll never again buy any staff from this web, cuz came not good flowers, maximum price for the flower which came is about 5 pounds. (i paid 20)
First. The flowers is very old ( about 4-5 days) 2nd - the rose is realy small, and they die on 2nd day ( normaly i buying rose, and they stay for 2-3 weeks) 3th - the box been damaged. 4th - the gift card been wet.
The roses and the birthday balloon I sent to my daughter were beautiful and delivered in time. Yet, my note on the card could not be read; the Greek characters were replaced by strange symbols (it must be due to the code page incompatibility, I believe). Pitty.
Living in Australia were always weary when ordering online but with this company we had no reason to worry we received an email once the flowers were purchased, when they left and another once they was delivered. We got to see the flowers on FaceTime too and they was gorgeous.! Will definitely be using these again when sending flowers to family back home x
FYI--Torbay Hospital, or at least the Midgeley Ward, doesn't allow patients to have flowers so my mum had to immediately give them away. This isn't Seranata's fault at all--but maybe something to check into and to warn customers.
Flowers were delivered on the date requested - the recipient ( an elderly relative of 94years) was delighted and 10 days on is still enjoying the pleasure of having fresh flowers in her room. Thank you.
I appreciate how easy it is to use the Serenata website and the updates of when the flowers are dispatched and delivered - unfortunately I've not seen any of the products in the flesh myself, as my girlfriend and I are long distance, but she has always been very happy.
Brilliant. Great range of choice. Super easy site to use. Think of everything to make life easier ie lots of sensible options in the delivery section e.g. Knock loudly, be patient etc the things you normally have to find somewhere to 'ask' for those considerations on other sites. Funny, wonderful customer service emails that tell you exactly what's happening with the order and when. I will be using them again and again & you should try them too. My friend was over the moon with her flowers and said the courier being good looking was a bonus too & she's married :-)
BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL they arrived as planned and my sister-in-law was over the moon as she had just come home from hospital two days earlier after a very bad attack of Phenomia and was real low what a pick up she said!!!!!
