Great service and flowers
I would recommend this company, as they keep you informed about your order with regular updates. My order was delivered on time, when requested, and the recipient was very happy with the flowers. Overall excellent product and service. Very happy!

very dissapointed!!
I was extremely dissapointed in the dozen red roses i recieved. They were supposed to be gift wrapped but were not!! The roses looked to have no life and looked all together feable.. This is the second time on the trot that i have been very dissapointed. I shall not be returning to buy again.

Very happy to know the flower were lovely, being so far away it is hard to know who to choose!
My friend in the UK who received the flower was thrilled with them, I heard from her again today and she said the flowers are still as fresh as when she received them. She liked the message you sent about looking after them, so the instructions must have worked!

Quick delivery - tracked all the way, we knew exactly when the lovely flowers had arrived.
My neice rang me today to thank me for the beautiful bouquet of flowers. The were a complete surprise and cheered her up after her painful knee operation. She said they were carefully packed and arrived just as though they were freshly picked from the garden. As she spoke she was able to see the arrangement which her husband had placed so that she could enjoy looking at them while she rested . This is the first time I have used your company, recommended by my daughter, and sent to me by her, earlier this year after my back operation. I shall definitely order through you again; thank you very much for your excellent service.

A top rate service!
You never know what you are going to get when you order flowers on the Internet and do not see them. Flowers delivered on time, I had emails telling me they were on the way and then again when they had been delivered. My friend said they were stunning. It clearly said 8 stems, which is exactly what was sent, the colour very unusual. I am very happy with the service and would definitely order again. Thank you.

Organised and informed!
I liked the way that everything was so easy to use on the sight. Everything very clearly explained and no little hidden extras that can be missed before the final purchase. I liked that I was text when the flowers were dispatched and then again when they were delivered . I will be using this service again.

WOW a fantastic bouquet
I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum and Dads anniversary, the service was first class. Ordering was really simple and the flowers were delivered early in the day. The bouquet was lovely, just what I had ordered - I was a little worried that it might not look the same as the picture or be a bit smaller, but I needn't have worried as it was just perfect.

fantastic fast fabulous flowers
I ordered online at 9pm and the bouquet was delivered at 10am the next morning, the price was reasonable for my budget and the flowers were reported to me as beautiful. Will definately use senata again. The flowers are delivered in a presentation box so the only thing to note if you are wanting a display upon arrival to the person! But this certainly did not impact on the quality when opened

Home delivery nice but flowers weren't anything special
Flowers sent to my mother in law as a thank you. When I saw them later that day, personally as the person paying for them, I was a little disappointed. It's nice to have them delivered to the door, but could have bought better and cheaper from the supermarket.

Excellent service as usual
Flowers delivered as requested. Useful updates on the delivery. Didn't see the orchids as were sent to relative but recipient said they were fabulous. I have now used Serenata on 5 occasions & have been very happy with both the quality of the flowers as well as the delivery.

Couldn't ask for better service
Ordered 1hr prior to evening cut of time for next day delivery, and arrived safe and sound to my wife mid-morning next day.
Text updates were very reassuring, as they tracked the order and let me know they had arrived.
Flowers were exactly as shown on the internet, and wife was very pleased.
All in all highly recommended.

was highly disappointed!
i was disappointed the picture of the basic arrangement of the oriental breeze appeared to have had more flowers than the deluxe bouquet received i know the flowers will bloom and fill out but according to the picture advertised there are approx 5 orchids in the standard bouquet and only 3 in the bouquet received i would hate to see how many you get in the grandissimo! however some good points to this company is that the staff are friendly and were helpful when i asked for a call back my hats off to them. i would also like to say that the flowers did arrive in excellent condition was dreading the condition they would arrive in thank you there. luckily the recipient did not know how they were suppose to look so she is happy however i am not. i would have given you 1 star if it was not for your staff.
