I ordered a happy days hamper. It was delivered on time and was as described. It was beautifully created and did what the name promised - turned someone's sad day into a Happy Day. She was delighted with the gift and said it really brightened her otherwise sad day. I will definitely be using Serenata again.
I had ordered a hamper from Serenata, n the scheduled day of delivery I had a text message and an email stating it was on it's way. By 10pm (!) there was no sign this was after several messages between myself and customer services, which began with them stating I had not completed the order online and they didn't have a delivery address (despite me having the conformation emails and the money going out of my account) and ended with them saying it was on it's way.
The tracking code provided didn't work on the courier website, and I am now in a receipt of an email stating the item has been delivered to my address. To be fair customer services are investigating but I had a wasted day waiting for a delivery and now have no hamper, which customer services also think is flowers!
11/12/13 - hamper has now finally arrived after me ringing the delivery company myself to discover what had happened
I have used this site to send these flowers to friends and family and always thought they were lovely as the pictures on the webb site show so sent myself one to see exactly what they received and can only say I'm under whelmed. Really expected more for my money may look to changing my supplier. Really disappointed with my delivery and have explained to the people who have received this in the past that I feel overcharged for what they actually get. Would rather pay a delivery charge and have much bigger nicer flowers
After the first hamper being damaged during transit, I contacted Serenata and after sending a few pictures they immediately offered me another hamper or a refund. I chose to have another hamper delivered and it arrived on the specified date and totally undamaged. Serenata were extremely apologetic - which made up a bit for the first hamper, and I would use them again.
I can't believe a company can be this bad at customer service and delivering what's been paid for (over £500), will never use again, can't communicate with them, other than through e mail, now been called a liar...........formal complaint made, will use another company next Xmas, plenty of choice in this marketplace, be warned!!!
Apart from some initial problems with the website where it ordered the wrong bunch of flowers, the process was easy. And the staff were quick to fix the problem, sending out the correct bunch promptly.
Service was quick and I hear that the flowers were lovely. Many thanks. I will be sure to come back again.

As the hamper is a Christmas present and the day has not yet arrived, I have had no feedback on the contents. However, on the website they looked good and value for money.
The ordering using the promo code was problematic as the system kept on adding an additional £2.99 onto the order, when it should have been £0. The Customer Service team was extremely busy and they had to phone me back to deal with the issues - they were able to override the system for both orders, but the confirmation orders took several attempts before they arrived.
Once the hampers had been dispatched, there were plenty of texts and quirky emails to inform me of delivery progress. Both arrived safely as planned and our team members loved the hampers.
Despite the initial system glitches I would recommend this company to a friend.
We order multiple hampers from Serenata Hampers. The choice and delivery options were amazing, everything arrived in the delivery timescale advised. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anyone who wants first class items with excellent customer service!

However, the outstanding part of your delivery was the customer service and updates that came with the order. I was updated at each stage with a delightful email. I have not seen the hamper personally but my daughter-in-law was very pleased with it. I was impressed by the messages received re delivery and it was delivered as promised, thank you.

Very please with this hamper, full of lovely goodies that can actually be enjoyed by the recipient. (Unlike most hampers that have items we never use or enjoy). The Company kept me updated on delivery times. Would recommend.
The internet site was a nightmare and I couldn't order 3 thing the same, but to be sent to different addressed. It took 2 days to get my order through and my son said I shouldn't trust the site, but I persevered.
Then I couldn't submit my discount voucher. but the staff kindly deducted that from the total. I phoned and left messages but no one got back to me either on the phone or through email.
All in all, I have been very pleased.
Placed hamper order on a Sunday for delivery on a Monday, as had forgotten 21st birthday. Delivery date was key, and Serenata the only site taking orders on Sunday offering delivery on Monday. Impressive text and email updates to inform parcel had been despatched, and then to confirm delivery to the recipient's actual address.
Embarrassing call from intended recipient that evening and again next day - no sign of parcel or notification of parcel left with neighbour. I had to ask recipient to canvass the street - eventually found at house over the road the evening after the required delivery date. I logged a query/complaint on Tuesday morning, and an update on Wednesday morning (after recipient had located parcel through own efforts) - the only responses as at Saturday morning have been the standard "expect a reply in 24-48 hours" - which hasn't been met, evidently.
Content apparently very good once the parcel was located.
UPDATE Shortly after posting this review, I received offer of full refund - Serenata apparently let down by unresponsive courier company, so although the service response has been too slow, I can't blame them for mis-delivery. So I may use the company again if timing not critical.

Nice products however, would have liked it in an outer container of some kind rather than the items just being putting inside. Can't be given as gift as is, further packaging or wrapping is needed. Presentation is disappointing.
Everything about my purchase was a joy. I'm sometimes nervous about ordering on line but would have no hesitation in ordering from this company again. The service felt personal, even though it was on line and therefore 'remote' and the hamper looks amazing. Excellent value and I can't wait to dig in with my lovely hubby over the festive season!
