Excellent high quality products marred by poor customer service responses
When my gift finally arrived at my friend's house the quality and mix in the hamper was first class and she was delighted. However, it was not delivered as promised first time around and the so-called response time of 1 hour from Customer services turned into several hours and the replies were just bulk standard, not relating to my actual query at all. Indeed I was sent copy in error of replies to other customers - who were also experiencing difficulties. Havng tracked down the whole saga with Yodel I have discovered that your team were doing the right thing behind the scenes - but they never transmitted that fact to me and that is the key problem.. I felt left in the air with no idea what was happenning. Suggest you bring back telephone support and tell your team to let us know the bad news as well as the good.
