Good Service. Items as described.
My only critisisum is you could have included the adapter to facilitate the the charged. Two pin plug and no adapter to three pin to charge up is a bit tight, considering the prices charged.
It would do your reputation no harm if you were to consider being a little more helpful is supply of adapter.
Other companies supply same if they know their suppliers do not include the adapter.
Otherwaise fine service.

Total disappointment, never again
I did not receive a confirmation email for my order or the product I ordered but you very quickly took the money out of my account. I contacted my bank who gave me the financial number you provided them with. I left three messages on that number trying to get my money back to no avail. I have now instructed my bank to recover my money and will not be using your website again

Great site, straight forward and helpful
Information available is to the point and straight forward. Very easy to navigate the site and find what you need.
Ordering is easy but logging back in later was not straight forward, they were very helpful on the phone though.
Discreet and prompt shipping, very reasonable prices.
Would definitely recommend.

A Good massager but poor silicone attachment.
Over all a good massager/vibrator but let down by the silicone attachment which split in several places both length ways and up and down more or less straight away.

Unacceptable
well i ordered my item 29th january 2012. They took the money out my account 1st Feb 2012 and i still havent had my item and i have emailed and have had no reply so i do not recommend this site at all

Quick response time
Shiiping was taking quite a long time and got no email as to why but when I wanted to cancel my order they were quick, easy and polite. Just wish they would let you know if something is backordered or why it took awhile to ship.

Got review before item
Price was good, but so far not received item.
Ordered on 2nd, got email to say despatched on 5th, but UPS tracker says parcel not yet received by them, only lable has been ordered, this on the 7th.
Poor service, would think twice before ordering again.
Just read reply below. Item was posted from Malaga on the 9th pm.
I was told it was posted on the 5th and then told later that they were unable to access stock for 2days.
Was the wrong colour when it arrived, no one advised me of this.
All I wanted was for them to do what they promised, to tell me to use express next time is laughable!
Having read the new comment posted, it is obvious that the company do not read my comments properly or choose to ignore them!
I repeat - the item was not posted to me when they said it had been, and I was fobbed off when i enquired why this was the case.
UPS managed to deliver within 24 hrs when they received the package.
As for contact, my answerphone works fine.

The delivery method you had chosen for your order was the normal shipping 5-8 workingdays. Your order took 6 days to be delivered, counting from the day you placed it.
You placed your order on the 2nd of January and it was signed for by yourself on the 10th of January. This means that everything went smoothly and you received your order within 5-8 days as promised on website.
If you want a faster service, next time you could choose express instead of normal delivery.

The order was completed on the 5th and delivered on the 10th. That is 6 workingdays, still in time for the shipping method you chose.
Regarding the color, I must apologize if you didn't receive the color you had ordered, but we do have records of trying to phone you without any luck.
After all, what's important is the function and not the colour. If you were not satisfied with the colour you could have contacted us and we would have changed it for you.

very angry
I find this site totally misleading, for a start their URL is co.uk despite apparently being based in Canada?
totally unreliable, I did not recieve a conformation email DESPITE the money being taken out my account right away, and no info on my order or response.

The company is based in Canada, but we have warehouses and offices across Europe to ensure fast and effective deliveries.
An e-mail is ALWAYS sent automatically as soon as an order is placed, unfortunately we seem to have problem with hotmail addresses, for some weird reason clients tell us they don't receive the e-mail confirmation. But that can easily be solved by sending you a new one. We will happily send you a copy of your purchase.
No need to be angry when you have an easy solution.

Missing label 1st time buyer..

The reason to why you had not received it was because UPS had tried to deliver it to you but unfortunately, you were not home at the time. We have provided you with your tracking number, all you have to do is to call UPS and agree on time for delivery with them.

Hi I live in uk I have something's for this website thay took that money from my bank startaway but it's been 7days now and did not recive my thinks and thay said it's gona be in 3day I think it's just ripoff .
