After trawling the net and countless shops looking for a specific pair of Ray-Bans, I found them on two websites. On the first, they were going for a very good price - way cheaper than I'd expected, however, the site itself didn't look 100% trustworthy. The other website was Shade Station, where the sunglasses were more expensive, but I felt happier and more comfortable using their site. Still conscious of the price difference between the two sites though, I thought I'd try my luck and use Shade Station's 'price match'. So I filled in the form and sent it off (on a Sunday morning), and had a response within a couple of hours (on a Sunday) saying they'd be more than happy to match the lower price. So I ordered them later that evening, and woke up the next day to an email telling me they had already been dispatched and were heading my way! A really efficient and customer orientated service! Will use again!
I wanted a pair of Oakley Frogskins. They were at a good price and had free next day shipping. I emailed Shadestation to check they had the sunglasses in stock. I recieved a prompt reply that they were. So I went ahead and submitted my order online. This was yesterday afternoon. I recieved informative emails once my order was placed and this morning I recieved my sunglasses in perfect condition. If the price is right I will definately buy here again. Excellent.

I got an email at 11.30am telling me that the item was back in stock, ordered shortly after, i then got an email at 14.00pm saying my item has been dispatched and then i recieved my purchase the next day!

I placed an order yesterday at 17:10pm - got an email confirmation a few minutes later, and about 5 minutes after got an email stating my order had been posted! Clicked the link after an hour to confirm and there it was - had been picked up by the courier and was scheduled for next day delivery. My glasses arrived today and they are 100% real with warranty.
I don't think I've EVER bought anything online so easily and quickly - quite simply NO other company comes close in terms of speed and ease of buying.
The prices are pretty reasonable too - I got my glasses about £20 cheaper than the manufacturers website.
Can't recommend this site highly enough.
This was by far the worst customer service that I had, I bought a watch a year ago and have had to send it off for repairs for 5 times during that period. Each time I had to pay for the postage! The watch completely stopped working at each of the 5 occasions and all they did was make it work for 2 or 3 weeks again before it stopped working again. They did not even issue me with a replacement. Now I sent it back for repairs and do not even know where my watch is. Ridiculous. Poor. Very bad customer service and lets not forget about the poor products provided. I do not recommend anyone to buy watches from this place. Better off going to a more reliable, honest shop with genuine customer service. Very disappointed with ShadeStation.No wonder why they call it "shade" simply because they are hidden in the shade and cannot provide good visible services.
Purchased two pair of sunglasses from shadestaion now. A pair of Oakley frogskins (there version of the rayban wayfarer) and a pair of Carrera aviators. Both times they arrived quickly and the choice of colours in stock was as good as anywhere you can find. Always look here when you're in need of a new pair!

I always review new websites on trustpilot before I use them, they had good ratings so I gave them a go. I bought a new pair of Oakley Pitbulls at a price £45 cheaper than some other places. The website was easy to navigate, and easy to use. It was secure the next day postage was free and did arrive the next working day. After I had received them I was sent an e-mail following up on my purchase - just good customer service. I would most definitely use them again if the price was as good as it was. Feel confident to buy from this company, based on he experience I have had anyway.
Ordered many times from the company - a pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication by e-mail, extra discount codes offered by e-mail regularly and I used them all, so it pushes their already great prices further down. Superfast secure delivery. Returns and refunds processed fast. My favourite place to shop for Oakley sunglasses and ski goggles.
This company refused to fulfill an order unless my credit card company could confirm certain details. The card company could not provide the particular information Shade Station wanted. I provided extensive additional information that conclusively established my identity, but Shade Station still refused to ship the sunglasses. This took several weeks to sort out, consumed a great deal of my time, and in addition to never getting the sunglasses, I'm stuck with $20 US in bank charges for the foreign transaction fees (needless to say, SS HAD put through the charge and held my money for those weeks that they were supposedly running a security check). Ridiculous!
I ordered some Ear socks for my Oakley X-Metal Juliets and the compny emailed me with hours to advise of a delay with the order due to Oakley not having stock. They informed me of a 2-3 week delay and offred a refund immediately, I wasn't in a hurry because I have 2 airs of these glasses and confirmed the wait was acceptable. Alas, Oakley let them down and after 3 weeks Oakley stated another 3-4 weeks for stock arrival.
The fact I was gong on holiday meant I would be without one pair and I advised the company that I would like the order refunded to my card as offered and this was done immediately with a email confirmation. In summary, based on my experience, they work very professionally and courteously with communications answered extremely quickly, I would use again based on that and I am pleased with how my order was dealt with, so for that reason 4 stars rather than 5 purely because my item was not actually purchased.
Terrible Service - The sunglasses arrived with the wrong prescription - I went to Vision Express to check the prescription and they confirmed they were completely wrong - I am now process on complaining to the ABDO and I’m taking shadestation to a small claims court...The CEO has not taking this seriously and has told me to “get used to the sunglasses” Absolute Joke! DO NO USE!!!
Ordered a pair of shades for next day delivery as said were in stock, got a call to say out of stock so tried another colour but they were also out of stock. Website still says 'in stock' now when they are definitely not. Would suggest don't use them as you will only be let down and a suggestion for your website if you dont have them don't put in stock on the website very poor.
Had no problem with my delivery to Denmark - my sunglasses were shipped the same day. I could not order them online immediately, but asked the company to contact me by telephone, and five minutes later I received an email reply. I could use their voucher system to place the order online (1p under the quoted price) - although they offered to process my order over email. I don't really feel comfortable sending my credit card details over email though, and I don't recommend anyone else to do so, pay your order online!
The sunglasses look great - the original product, and a great looking case for the glasses.
I contacted customer services via email to check the stock status of a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. They replied the same day to confirm that they were in stock.
I ordered the sunglasses on the 14th of April and received them on the morning of the 15th of April. I was informed when the item was dispatched and received a tracking code.
There have been some negative reviews relating to the stock status of items. I would suggest contacting them in advance of making the purchase. That's just common sense.
I had my doubts about buying my oakleys from Shadestation after reading a few reviews on this site. I decided to take the plunge anyway since I wasn't in a rush and most of the complaints were because of the false advertising of having a certain item in stock, when they don't actually have it. I was willing to take that risk since they had the lowest price online of the model I wanted. So to summarize the experience, placed an order Thursday night, it was dispatched Friday afternoon, delivered to me as promised on Monday.
I just felt compelled to write this review as Shadestation is not as bad as it's made out to be on Trustpilot. The only complaint I would have is that they were slow to send out the confirmation e-mail, which left me wondering whether the purchase went through or not. Granted, it was there in my inbox the next morning. I wouldn't have any hesitations in making another purchase at shadestation.
After ordering an emergency purchase (i.e. I needed to make use of their next day delivery option for some ski goggles before flying out to Austria), I rang them up to confirm that the the order had gone through ok, payment successful, everything in stock (not just trusting the website) and next day delivery was setup. Everything is fine I was told.
24 hours later, After it was too late to go elsewhere, I got an email saying the item was out of stock and would I like to wait a week or order an alternative?
How stupid are they?

am not happy with this company...i bought this watch yesterday & called them 15 mins after the purchase to say i had not received a confirmation email...an hour later (11am) i got an email telling me that the watch was being picked & made ready for dispatch...at 4.30pm i then got another email telling me it is out of stock....the watch along with all the other minute watches are showing as in stock when in fact they only have one....i called and listened to the usual patter of sorry sorry sorry and was told that my refund would be back in my account today at lunch time...guess what...it was not and am going to have to wait to over the bank holiday weekend + business days to get my money back....more sorry sorry sorry....what i am really peeved about is that they are still showing the watches as in stock & due to this i will take it further....they are taking peoples money on false claims of having the watches in stock.

I bought a pair of sunglasses online from Shadestation. BEWARE of buying from this shop - if there is anything wrong with the product they will be unhelpful and useless. I ordered a pair of sunglasses in June from them and because they cost so much I was meant to receive free next day delivery. As they were prescription sunglasses, I was told that the lenses would take one week to make. THREE weeks later I finally received the sunglasses, after several phone calls to the store.
When I opened the package the sunglasses had been completely bent out of shape - they were completely unwearable. I rung up straight away and described the problem - they told me to send them back by special delivery which I did (it cost me £6). I rung them the next day to check that they had received them and they had - they told me they would be ready within a week. I was visiting the area the next week so I said I'd come in and try on my sunglasses once they'd been fixed. I was told this was fine.
After a week, I rung again asking where they were and after some confusion from the shop assistants, who hadn't got an idea what was going on, I was told they hadn't even been sent for repair! I kept ringing them for the next FOUR WEEKS asking why they hadn't been sent out to me yet (I rung every 2-3 days) and every time I got an answer that evaded the question - they didn't have a clue. I started asking to speak to the manager and she refused to come on the phone.
SEVEN weeks after ordering these sunglasses (and £280 later) I finally got them through the post again. This time they were too large. I rung up the same day to complain and asked for a refund. The shop assistant on the phone said he wasn't authorised to do that and gave me the email address of the managing directors. I wrote a lengthy email fully explaining the extent of the ignorance of the staff at Shade station and why I was very unhappy with the service.
