1. I was given a bunch coupons with huge discounts, so I decided to give it a try. "Listed prices" of materials were super inflated (come on... £2000+ for a pair of sliding door??) and there is a cap on total discount. So, I was still looking at £3000 for a medium size wardrobe.
2. the designer didn't come at the agreed time, apparently because he was sick. Sharps called me ones when I didn't have phone signals and didn't leave message or email. I ended up waiting at home the whole afternoon for nothing.
3. I decide to cancel one of the 2 wardrobes I ordered. Stupid customer service canceled the entire order for me. I requested callback to clarify my order status but never heard from anyone.
4. When i called the customer service (non-sale), no one never picked up and it always went into voicemail.
For the amount of money I was willing to pay, I deserve much better service. Till this moment I still don't know when they will give me my wardrobe, and I am already £1300 out for the deposit!!
Will you order from this company?? I won't, never ever again.
