Friendly and helpful until they've taken your money

The customer service we experience was okay (not great) until we actually paid. We had been told not to pay until we were absolutely satisfied, but the fitter wouldn't leave without payment. More than 2 months later we're still waiting for a window seat cushion. We have called, emailed and even tweeted and we still haven't got a fixed date for installation. Someone did come to measure, but they did it incorrectly and we're playing the waiting game again. They just don't really care! If we didn't keep calling them, they would never bother fixing the issue.
