After we had placed our order and had the surveyor round we received a van full of materials which had to be stored in our lounge as it was to big to fit in the box room we were having the furniture fitted in. After several phone calls we got a fitting date of a week after the delivery. Once installed we realised the furniture was installed differently to the drawing, there was also a number of problems with parts that didn't line up and a few bits which were damaged. They also left behind a number of 8ft long pieces of wood along with all the cardboard boxes for us to dispose of. We then had the installation manger arrive 10 days later to confirm the install was unsatisfactory and needed to be rectified. He also confirmed the rubbish and left over wood would be collected after the work was completed. 3 weeks and around 10 phone calls later we still have the rubbish in our carport. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service and quality of work from Sharps and would not recommend them to anyone.
