From meeting with the sales consultant in the luxury of our our home who supported us to devise a solution for our bedroom that has very awkward dimensions through to installation we were treated with respect and honesty. Every one we dealt with were friendly and helpful. I would definately reccomend Sharps to friends and family
Highly recommend Sharps, A1 service from start to finish, they installed my daughter's fitted wardrobe, the designer was very helpful and knew his stuff. The fitting only took a day, very quick and efficient. It has made such a difference to the room now. It has convinced my wife to have fitted wardrobes in the other two bedrooms, just need to save up first!
The sales person was professional and knowledgeable and not pushy. The speed of the installation was good and the finished product very excellent. My only grip is that the spare wood was left behind - these were huge panks of wood left in the loft room - very tricky for us to get down! And when I called customer services they claimed they would pick them up however they didnt!
Sales person knew his stuff, very open to ideas and came up with effective solutions
Surveyor was in and out in less than an hour, extremely efficient
Fitter was fast and tidy - hardly new he was in the house

Very pleased with the quality of the product and the installer. He was very helpful.
The surveyor was also helpful, but we did not like the Designer - it was more about what he wanted and we felt did not really listen to us. The surveyor helped to rectify any design issues when he came round. After sales service was also good.
Would recommend Sharps but not that Designer.
We had our bedroom furniture installed in October 2011, we were pleased with the cupboards etc and the workman was very clean and tidy.
However we needed some holes drilled so we could access our aerial and so that plug sockets could be used. we told the fitter who got in touch with the Customer Service team.
This was the area that let the company down - we had to make many phone calls to get this addressed. We paid the final 10% in good faith and in hind sight we wished we'd waited as maybe they'd have dealt with us quicker and more efficiently. We waited in for a fitter as we were guaranteed they would come but NO.
Finally it was sorted out but it took far too long.
Certainly not the cheapest but Sharps fitted out my bedroom to a high standard. Great care was taken by the sales representatative and their surveyer.
The fitter took great care over the 4 day installation working long hours into the late evening with my permission.
Our bedroom designer was very professional. He was very thorough and made excellent use of the space with his design and clearly explained all aspects of it.
The bedroom fitter was pleasant enough but did take a long time to fit the bedroom and seemed to do a couple of half days rather than a full day which made it longer. Also, he did make several scratches in our new ceiling and the sawdust inside and out of the wardrobes was immense!
On inspecting the inside of one corner wardrobe, the fitter had hidden two huge heavy bags of rubbish! We had already been left with a lot of wood and rubbish so to find even more was slightly annoying.
Overall the bedroom is beautiful and the quality is great. the customer service from sharps is very good and I am really pleased with the finished room.
I would definitely recommend sharps to anyone but also warn them to have a word with the fitter about minimising damage (especially if recently decorated).
Having recently bought our first home we contacted Sharp’s to arrange an appointment to have fitted wardrobes installed in our main bedroom. The salesman arrived on time, was knowledgeable and answered our questions clearly and was not too pushy. A surveyor was organised to visit the property and the salesman's measurements were confirmed by a surveyor.
The salesman, surveyor and fitter were all professional, prompt for their appointments, knowledgeable about the product and able to answer all our questions. Both the salesman and the surveyor were happy to suggest the best ways to deal with what we wanted.
The installation was completed in one day and was carried out in a very professional manner and when it was completed, the room was cleaned. When the room was finished it looked like it had in the drawings and we were very pleased with the overall finish of the product.
We have some minor negatives with the top shelves being slightly higher than we expected, thus limiting the amount of storage, the doors opening slightly too wide so that they can knock against each other or the wall.
Another negative was that the date for delivery of the materials which was a week earlier than we had originally arranged, fortunately this date was convenient as little warning was given. This also meant that the materials which were delivered to the room there were due to be installed (main bedroom), had to be stored there for a week longer than expected.
Overall we are very happy with the installation and would be happy to recommend the company and use them again in the future. The wardrobes were not cheap but the quality of the finish, combined with the 12 year guarantee make them a worthwhile investment
The planner came in and was not in least pushy but he seemed to know what we wanted and created a perfect design.
We then had a visit from the surveyor, who was very thorough and went over the plans with us including where our sockets etc. would be.
The joiner came in as arranged and made an excellent job of our bedroom. We are very pleased with the result.
The only minus was the date for delivery of flat packs was a week earlier than we had originally arranged and we had to store them in the garage. No harm was done (except we had to pay the deposit a week early as well).
All in all – would recommend Sharps.
A considered luxury purchase, but worth it. I had 5 double bedrooms fitted, to my exact specifications. The workmanship was excellent and the quality of the finish was exactly what I expected.
I wasnt disappointed, the whole process was smooth, efficient and no effort on our part.
Would use again and highly recommend.

Professional service and pleasant staff members. Our room looks fantastic with them all done.
Two gripes, which turned into positives really. On delivery one of our glass doors was cracked, perhaps to be expected with large glass panels. They didnt even leave it with us to discover, simply took it away and brought another one, although it took a few days.
A month after purchase and installation one of the parts controlling the soft closing of the doors failed, and we contacted them. They came out within a few days, no questions asked, and replaced it.
All in all a really good experience.
Great wardrobes fitted in a very friendly fast and efficient manner. Time from design to delivery and fitting was less than two weeks. Only issue was the initial sales contact was not very helpful in trhe design of the wardrobes and offered no advice as to what would be an effective use of space - the design was completely left to us, maybe the guy had nothing to add to our suggestions.
However we are very happy with the final product.
Sharps came to build a new bedroom for us and it was great. So we had them back to build a new office in a small space that used to be a spare toilet. Excellent. No complaints at all. All the way through the process it was fantastic and I am now sitting in my new study writing this. Very happy to recommend them.
Very impressed with product and the service provided from sales pitch through design stage and to fitting. A couple of minor issues were quickly and professionally dealt with to our satisfaction. Would certainly use again and have no problem recommending to friends etc.
Excellent quality and excellent instalment.
The design of our new bedroom is first class. It was delivered on time and as we had a bereavement in the family we had to delay the instalment. The staff at Sharps were most helpful and a new date was arranged for us immediately. The gentleman who installed it for us was indeed a gentleman and very helpful.
I am delighted with my new Sharps bedroom and it was wonderful to have the job completed just three weeks after my initial enquiry.
The designer, surveyor, installer and deliverymen were all nice, friendly people and it was a pleasure to welcome them into my home.
I was particularly impressed by the professional expertise of the designer who understood my requirements perfectly but refined my basic idea to come up with a design which was far beyond anything that I could have imagined. The room contained awkward areas such as the chimney breast and the radiator but she adapted the available space to incorporate useful and attractive features which enhance the room greatly. Evidently each customer is treated as an individual and I appreciated how she was able to look at the room from my point of view and do what was best for me.
The job went very smoothly overall but there was some difficulty in arranging the installation to avoid one particular date when I was away and establishing whether it would take 2 or 3 days. Also, it would help to be told in advance that the disposal of excess waste is left to the customer.
Very satisfied with all aspects of the sales process, fitting and customer care from this company.
They did what they said, when they said and kept us informed at all times.
All this companies representatives were helpfull and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.
The fitter left the room tidy and all the waste neatly packed.
A minor criticism is that I would have expected the packaging to have been removed but this does not detratct from the overall product.
The wardrobe itself is fine, however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The 'designer' (their name - I would say 'salesman') advised us to have pull-out shoe racks without letting us know that these take away a lot of space at the bottom of the wardrobe, i.e. without them we could store more shoes that we could with them. We ended up not having the shoe racks installed and having to demand a refund for a misleading salespitch. We had also ordered 2 tie racks, but only one was delivered. The designers notes seemed to be completely irrelevant as we then had 2 further visits from surveyors, each taking entirely new measurements before the fitting. The fitter was very polite, but left an awful mess. It took me over an hour to clean the wardrobe and rub out all his pencil marks on it. He also left pencil marks on my walls and I had to get someone back to reseal the edges of wardrobe as these were not done properly. Sharps also failed to advise that they don't remove their own rubbish, but expect you to take it to the local tip yourself. Given the price they charge you would think this is included. I refused to do this and got them to come back and remove the rubbish themselves. Would not use them again - just not worth the hassle.
I found the salesman a little over the top and he seemed to pluck a figure out of nowhere without any breakdown of how he had arrived at the figure. We finished up agreeing a figure that we were happy to pay. I was impressed with the communication of the company at every stage. The furniture arrived undamaged on the day agreed and the fitter arrived sharply too. (sorry for the pun) The fitter was a lovely guy who worked from 8am to 9.30 pm for the first two days and 8am to 4pm on the 3rd day to ensure that he finished the job on time. I was impressed by his workmanship but I did have to rub out all his pencil marks afterwards. My only critisism would be all the mess left behind. I feel that the price we paid should have included him leaving the room mess free and taking all the rubbish with him. As it was I had to spend ages hoovering up sawdust then loading a trailor with rubbish for the tip. I am told by my Mother in Law that Sharps rang afterwards to see if I was happy but I was not in and they hav'nt bothered ringing again.
Our experience of Sharps was very good. Efficient sales process, and the fitting was quick and of a good quality. The only down side was the faffing about that occurred because we wanted out boiler to be in the cupboard. This extended the process by over a week while a gas safe engineer came to 'assess' the situation. But that aside, a very good product and service. The fitter was polite, considerate and worked hard to get the job done quickly.
I have been very satisfied with Sharps. The original salesman and the surveyor were very good and explained everything in detail to me. The fitter did a great job and my husband and I are very satisfied with the company's performance from start to finish.
Very Professional from start to finish. Everybody arrived when they should have done and whole job of fitted bedroom was completed within 3 weeks which I must admit i doubted but kept informed every bit of the way then a phone call afterwards to make sure everyhing was ok which was nice touch. Would use again and recommend.

Fantastic services throughout, the customer service couldn't of been any better, kept in verbal contact from start to finish eg: delievery dates/times, fitting date/times. After fitting was completed they still contacted me to see if all was kept to the highest standards.
The standard of the fitted wardrobes was of very high quality and the fitter was very polite and always clean and tidy eg: dust sheets and constantly hovering his mess.
Sharpes offered great value for money and the aftercare was first class.
I would definatly recommend Sharpes to friends and family.
Very happy with the quick and professional job. Was pleasantly surprised that it turned out exactly as expected. Only complaint was we spent a lot of time with the consultant who visited us beating down the price. We eventually got it down to what we could afford but we did wonder if they were prepared to come down in price and we didn't negotiate we would have overpaid.

We are really pleased with the overall result in our bedroom. The sliding doors look great. We were disappointed that the free standing units came flat packed and we had to wait for a fitter to assemble these but they still look great
