Log cabin

I was unsure about buying form the internet. However now in retirement and needing secure space for my new hobbies, a log cabin was exactly what i needed. I bought the product form the website which was user friendly with ease. After I need to change an extra that i added on.

Customer services were excellent in dealing with this, and I now have my product exactly how I wanted it. Delivered on time and happy with the knowledge that it is fro a sustainable source and supports British Manufacturing.

Excellent customer services and product

Was confused about the shed market but after talking to an adviser, on more than one occasion, I found them to be more than helpful and quick with their response. My husbands birthday present was delivered on-time and to an excellent standard.
I don't understand the bad reviews...can't have been the same company!

I am delighted with my purchase which is now erected and looks exactly as advertised. Excellent value for money. Excellent time on delivery. Bought on-line, with no hassle. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Spot on service

Shed delivered within realistic and expected time period. Service and sales support offered to me were of the highest of quality. One of easiest online purchases I have made. Overall, very impressed and would recommend.

complete and utter liars

six weeks. no delivery. STILL advertising 7 days. I can just imagine the fun I'm going to have getting a refund.

delivery attrocious

shedstore used Forest Garden for provision and delivery. Took 3 weeks for delivery which was incomplete.

Another delivery arranged, only for them to change date without telling me so have cancelled. Impossible to get through to shedstore customer services.

Don't use shedstore or Forest garden would be my recommendation

I ordered a £1300 shed from these people on the 26th june.After numerous phone calls after a month when the delivery date wasnt met,their contract company pivotal contracts made false promises of delivery dates.After this i decided i had enough of their antics and asked for a refund on the 2nd of september.It is now the 17th of september and still not received my money.Worst still i paid for this shed on my debit card.If you read this i strongly recommend you do not buy anything from this company.BUYER BEWARE.

Untrustworthy.

Shed was only delivered after three promised delivery dates came and went without any delivery. Three days wasted waiting in for them. I would not have minded waiting 6 weeks for delivery, what was most annoying was being given a delivery date when they had no intention of meeting it. I paid extra for a basecoat & topcoat. It doesn't look much like a basecoat & topcoat. Roof panels delivered with ends damaged. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant

I ordered a Log cabin from shedstore and I can't fault them in any way. Shedstore scored perfectly on all counts. In fact this is the second time I have ordered from them.
I got the product I wanted, delivered on time and at the right price - so very satisfied.
I can't really comment on the customer service - as I did not have any need to contact them - so they must be doing something right.
Highly recommended.

Customer service was very good with help to understand each product.If you want something cheap then you pay for what you get.If you want quality then you pay more.The prices are excellent and the product was brilliant.The instructions were easy to follow and although a modular building the end result was superb

Piles of wood

If you need some firewood contact me I got a whole load of it from shedstore. Crap service,crap company, crap products, promises meaningess.

Very poor & dreadful customer service

Ordered an item from Shedstore. It took 4 deliveries to eventually get all the right parts, and only then after numerous phone calls. It then took 2 months to get a reply to my letter of complaint, and I only got a reply after reminding them 3 times that I had written. Their customer care & service is dreadful. Essentially I think they are 'middle men' as the product itself comes from another company.

Avoid Shedstore!
I am still waiting for shedstore to replace or refund me for
a shed they supplied with ill fitting and broken parts.
They do not answer the phone and they do not answer emails.
I am concerned that the company is in administration or severe financial trouble. Why else would they not respond to customers. Either that or they just dont give a sh*t

Wish I'd read this review site before using this company and would reccomend anyone who is looking for a shed look elsewhere....

As previous reviews, I had a problem with my initial order which was cancelled before dispatch/delivery. Told to re-order couldn't change the order on the phone. 2nd shed paid for, arrived in a couple of 2 days. Try getting a refund of them, they don't answer the phone or e-mails and pride themselves that they have "30 days to action a refund".

I think they are some sort of middle man with very low staffing levels, so if you are going to buy use your credit card at least that will give you some protection.

As for the shed itself, lower end of the market - but I suppose you get what you pay for!!!

Loas of rubbish

They took the money from my account 5 weeks before delivery, there wasn't a delivery note so impossible to check the quantities, it came in over 70 pieces, there were 10 pieces just to erect the sides and ends. The floor pieces were the wrong size, the roof pieces were the wrong size, the hinges supplied were inadequate whereby the screw holes didn't fit into the uprights they would only screw into the gap between the cladding and the upright. The center support was missing. The roof was in 4 pieces. non of the pieces were numbered, non of the pieces were pre drilled, only 2 screws per section were supplied to hold the thing together the instructions needed a rocket scientist and a magnifying glass. The whole thing was a disaster. Why are they still trading selling such crap. The good revues must have been written by shedstore employees

Caveat emptor...

Ordered shed by phone. It didn't turn up on agreed day. When delivered driver was in a rush so signed for as 'not inspected'. Inspection revealed no instructions, numerous splits, holes, bits broken off and , oh yes, an unidentifiable piece of wood covered in cement. Immediately complained. .Photos requested and sent. They referred me to manufacturer. I reminded them of regs - they are responsible. Nothing then heard despite numerous chasers. Settled by bank (credit card was used) who agreed with photos. Gave company seven days to pick up faulty goods in original complaint. They didn't. After nearly two months I told them I was disposing of the shed. They immediately answered with a threat of taking action as by disposal I would have 'damaged their property'. I have given this a rating of '1' as unfortunately there is no '0'. Advice ... don'y buy sheds via the Net...

failiure to answer emails and phone calls regarding complaints/ missing parts and delays in forwarding them.

the shed which is now assembled after waiting 7/8 days for the missing parts is good value for money.what lets this company and its couriers down is their inability to take a phone call without having to wait up to 30 minutes as the automated answermachine repeatedly tells you that your'e call is important to them,how important are you if you have wait that long?

Shedstore - absolutely diabolica

Ordered goods date quoted for delivery then rang the day before part unavailable, couldnt give a time asked for a refund, as of now 7 weeks later still not got my £700 plus back and they have no idea I have had no product, 12 emails unanswered, phone the customer care line it takes 45 minutes for an answer, phone the sales line answered in 2 minutes funny that

Shedstore

I ordered my shed on 8th January and have still not received it.
Their advert clearly states delivery within 10 working days etc; well tomorrow makes 14 days and I’ve still no clue when it will arrive despite countless phone calls enquiring to its whereabouts.

I been told time and time again that someone will give me a call when the shed is going to be delivered, no such call has arrived and I've a feeling it never will. I also feel that they are in serious breech of contract.
I'm not fond of guessing games and certainly didn’t expect to play "find the shed" with an alleged “professional organisation” like Shedstore claim to be.
If you want a garden shed…Think very long and hard before using Shedstore.

No items received and only half refunded after 5 weeks

Communication from customer service is poor - you cannot get through on the phone and they do not often answer emails.

I ordered two items, cancelled one (I wanted to change it but they said I'd have to cancel it and re-order). Didn't receive the refund for that one until 5 weeks later and haven't received the other item or a refund even now!

No answer from company, issue passed to my credit card company to try and reclaim my money.

I would recommend going directly to the manufacturers websites to buy items.
