You find out how good your insurance company is when you make a claim !
Be very wary of cheap insurance companies ! we were recently burgled aprox 3mths ago still waiting for claim to be settled, we took out the policy with no excess only to be told after claiming there is an excess but its not on paper work so now we have to fight sheilas wheels to get it back , it will probably go the ombudsman now. The loss adjusters they use are called Cunningham Lindsey and they have used every stalling tactic in the book from sending the wrong amount out twice to losing emails ! When you call the Sheilas wheels complaint line you are put on hold and then told someone will call you back within 48hrs.
All in all pretty poor service from start to finish and we are still waiting for a new door lock 3 months on.!!

they came up cheapest on internet comparison site for fully comp, living in the sticks 50 yr old male; one of only a few names I recognised that came up in the list anyway; good value policy schedule details; good telephone staff who made honest and clear additional service offers with clear indication of what they might cost; I believe they started out insuring women only but clearly not so now; check them out
