great service
got my inkjet cartridges they were perfect and they come by post took 4 days but worth the waiting.yes i will be getting my cartridges from chima all the time good service i recomend them.

Product good - but issues with delivery
I ordered HP ink cartridges and four reams of paper. The delivery came on May 8th when I was out for part of the day, and of course, it came at that time. I arranged for it to be redelivered the next day and received a confirmatory email stating, "We are pleased to confirm your new delivery date will be Thursday, 9th May " - not so! Thursday is a day I can be in - I hung around all day but it never came. On checking the DPD's tracking site to discover delivery had been changed to May 10 - another day I can't be in, so I said to put it in a secure place I use. The parcel arrived. Box was good, solid and undamaged, and the ink cartridges (in another good box inside) were fine, but all four packs of paper had burst open, which suggests (a) the box had been seriously thrown around, and (b) the paper wrappers are too flimsy. That said, I am pleased with the product, and more than pleased with the Colorlok paper. I haven't used this before but the printing results are excellent and better than other paper I have used. I'll order again and hope that the delivery issues can be sorted out.

Excellent experience
Found this company via my computer helpdesk and very pleased I did. The cartridges were HP OEM and at a very competitive price. So I purchased two. I will certainly be using this supplier again in the future.

Easy peasy and well priced too.
I have used Shima Uma a couple of times and found the website easy to use and the prices are good. It's best to order several items at a time if you can to save on the delivery cost, which is quite a lot to add on to the price, but still worth it as it's easier than going down to the shops only to find they haven't got what you want.

Excellent service with genuine hp inks.
From previous experience I now only use genuine hp inks and chose Shima Uma from the official hp website as this fact was highlighted and they had all the cartridges I required in stock for immediate delivery. Items were well packaged and arrived promptly via Royal Mail. I will certainly use Shima Uma again.

Efficient and fast service
HP ink arrived almost by return and this site seems to be the cheapest for original ink. But £65 for 5 HP ink cartridges has to be taking the piss. Why do we put up with it? My printer cost less than that. I choose original ink because the printers seem to give less trouble or at least that is my impression. Buying clone cartridges from various sites is misleading as in order to sell their stuff they inflate the price of printer manufacture prices making their prices more attractive.

Very good service and excellent value.
Our order was dispatched well within the estimated time and though we were not at home to receive it at the first attempt it was re-delivered the following day. Communication by e-mail was easy with a remarkably good response time and the product ordered was priced as competitively or better than their competition. A service that was not easy to fault.

Very easy site access, easy to order & with excellent responce.
I went to order supplies from my HP soflware & was given the choice of different suppliers. I chose this supplier as they offered genuine HP supplies in twin pack-black plus a tricolour cartridge package at a very competitive price. The site was very easy to use, payment very easy, their reply very quick & what is very important, a speedy delivery with invoice.

Very good service
The site is not the easiest to use, I was not sure that my order had gone through as all of a sudden it vanished. Then I tried again & all seemed well. Thankfully I then rec'd an email to say my order was on its way, after I had phoned & left a message. Shima Uma offices returned my call & assured me it was just the one order that had been rec'd. Delivery was very good, right down to the hour stated for delivery. Yes, I'll be using Shima Uma again

Speedy response good price
Great service but delivery requiring a signature a problem. There was no requirement when booking to consider when or how you could get something signed for. When the email came about the day I had to agree to a neighbour to accept it but did not have an opportunity to check whether my neighbour was available. Time issued on the day but a bit late for making arrangements. Not sure if I would do it again.

Absolutely Fantastic Service
I ordered the goods one afternoon, quite late. The next day I got an email telling me that the goods would arrive the next day. The following day I got an email to tell me that the item would be delivered between 12:10 and 13:10 (how exact is that ?!?), and they arrived at 12:20. Couldn't ask for more - less than 48 hours - keep up the good work!!

Prompt, speedy and reliable
As usual, Shima Uma still have really fast delivery, (Next day) along with good prices, I did have a special code for another supplier, promissing extra discount but after adding up extra cost of postage, they were dearer than Shima Uma.
My motto from now on is 'If it aint broke, don't fix it'.
