Prompt, speedy and reliable
As usual, Shima Uma still have really fast delivery, (Next day) along with good prices, I did have a special code for another supplier, promissing extra discount but after adding up extra cost of postage, they were dearer than Shima Uma.
My motto from now on is 'If it aint broke, don't fix it'.

Very Helpful and speedy service.
I was very satisfied with the service provider I got everything I ordered the very next day as stated. When I had a problem with my order, i made a phone call and it was immediately rectified. (I had forgotten to order of one particular unit So it was added to my initial online order).

Great communication!
I ordered toner cartridges to be delivered in a five day window knowing that I would not be available to take delivery after this. However, due to adverse weather conditions the delivery, which was due the day after I placed my order, was delayed until the following week. I was unsure what would happen but I needn't have. My order was delivered on the Monday to my neighbour and I was able to collect it on my return. The communication I received was fabulous, every step of the delivery was both emailed and text to me even down to the name of the person who had received my delivery. Given the nature of some companies who operate on line, this service beat them all hands down and took away any anxiety of receiving important items that are quite costly. Thanks

BRILLIANT SERVICE !!!
The whole process from the onset of my order to the delivery was fantastic. I was kept informed of what was happening with my order regularly by email, even given a delivery slot and my parcel arrived at the time i was told it would. Once again brilliant service would recommend to anyone.

Prompt, speedy and first class service!
I found the site very comprehensive in its range of products but easy to use once you got the hang of it. I placed my order at 10.15 p.m. on a Sunday evening, had a confirmation email at 7.30 a.m. the next morning to say the order had been dispatched and received the shipment on Tuesday at 11.30 a.m. as advised. That's what I call service. Could they do better? - I can't see how.

Excellent fast service
I have to admit that I dislike the name and logo, BUT the prices are very competitive and despite selecting normal delivery, my order arrived within 24 hours by courier.
