Beautiful products and great service

I recently lost my engagement and wedding rings and spent a number of months reviewing various companies to find replacements. The service provided by shining diamonds was excellent, all queries were answered promptly and were very helpful in the decision making process. The rings I ultimately chose are fabulous. Athough the sentimental value cannot be replaced the delicate bands compliment my hand perfectly.

Quick service and lovely product

I recieved a beautiful pair of earings from my Father for my 19th Birthday. They looked absolutely stunning during the party and I recieved so many compliments! The earings were of great quality and were even more sparkly and shiny than in the photo! I would defintely recommend this to other purchasers! I lovely gift for all occasions.

Excellent service

I spent over two months looking for a perfect engagement ring. I spoke to various different diamond dealers around. In the end, I chose to go with Shining Diamonds and my fiancé and I couldn't be more pleased and happy with the purchase.

Helpful service and good products

The ring I ordered was beautifully presented, and sent to me just in perfect time for Christmas. It was great value, and looked wonderful.
Whilst I eventually returned the ring (as I ultimately decided on a different style of ring), the team were helpful and responsive, and dealt with my queries efficiently.
Can't fault them on anything.
