Don't ever order from these pricks they give fake tracking numbers there website is usually down and finally they don't reply to emails they have bad customer service I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company and to top it all off i didn't receive my order I hope i could give it 0 stars but not possible. I hope u will listen to me and avoid buying anything from here & tell everybody that you know.
I ordered a hookah and a selection of different shisha flavours. The hookah arrived within a couple of days (which was quicker than I expected) and the shisha took about 10 days, but it did say that the shisha could take up to 2 weeks, so I didn't mind waiting. However, one of the flavours wasn't what I ordered. I didn't really mind because it turned out to taste nicer anyway, but they either made a mistake, or sent me a different flavour because they were out of stock of the one I ordered. In which case, they should have informed me, or asked me to choose another.
Although I didn't have any real trouble dealing with ShishaHookah, after reading some of the other negative reviews, and in light of the slight mistake, I will probably be ordering from a different site in future.
i ordered new hoses from there about a week ago when ever i go on there website its down they sent me a tracking number that doesn't work and having read the other reviews i highly doubt that i am going to receive my package!
I placed an order 1 month ago and they gave me a tracking number, after several days waiting I didn't receive the tobacco, then I contact them by email and a guy named Mike asked me to wait longer and now still after near a month no news from them and now they are not even answer to my emails and I can't reach them y phone, I did business with them once before last year that was fine but this time I don't think I can have my tobacco !!!! I am so upset I read this site before placing 2nd order but I was hoping because of the first successful order this one will be fine too ! I should pay more attention to the comments !!! I don't know how to sue them or try to get back my money if some one have any idea please help me I paid them near £80 and now no reply from them !!!!!!
***Update: They refund my money! I didn't understand whats happened but I can understand that bad things sometime will happen! I am happy that we sort it out!
1st time ordering from this site after being recommended by a friend i had looked around other suppliers who where expensive this was the best for price. will recommend highly to family and friends. thank you shishahookah for a smooth transaction and i will be making another order very soon
I've placed an order with a value of more than 151£ and they never sent me my hookah (69.99£).
When I asked about it, the customer service, especially a guy named Mike, who just answered me to find another shop.....
Great! For sure I will but in the same time, I will sue them!!!!
Never bought on their website, it's my advice.
I looked round various sites, and couldn't beat prices, so placed my order on the weekend. The pipe arrived on Wednesday, well packaged. It was a present for my daughter, and apparently had very good features, like a little grill thing to hold the coal, thus avoiding the need for tinfoil, also the possibility of adding extra tubes, so that more people can smoke it together. My daughter liked the design. All in all, a good shopping experience.
Was informed that the item I ordered was out of stock and chose an alternative which arrived very promptly.
Very good service and response to my communication. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
Bloody heck, where to begin!! Ordered 3 weeks ago, recieved confirmation but have not recieved ANYTHING! I stressed that it was for a birthday via email (didn't get a response, should have realised then!), week passes with NO order and NO responses!
Chargeback on the way, pissed off customer! Word of advise to others, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Orderd a hose before xmas, it was shown as in stock on their website but it actually was not. So they sent me a cheaper hose without telling me. It would only of taken a whole 2 mins to phone me and ask me if this was ok first?!
So I call, and it goes through to answer phone and I leave a message, e-mail and leave a comment on their facebook page and nothing...
I decide to try again in the new years same story again, ring, e-mail and no answer.
I noticed though my facebook comment has been deleted so its obvious someone has read the comment and is aware of the situation but has chosen to ignore me.
So I e-mail them pointing this out and I do actually get an e-mail back with some silly excuse about a server crash, though with e-mail on so readily available these days this to me is not an excuse to ignore e-mails. Server crash or none they could of rang me back no?!
So I explain I do not want the hose and ask as to the reason this has happend and I have never heard back.
I want to go to trading standards because I am so angry that you can just ignore a customer like this, but then I think is it worth it for a £30 order? I guess they know this also and thats why they are ignoring me because they are counting on me not taking it further. well done great attitude to have when running a business guys.
So I am now stuck with something I never orderd or wanted, that is cheaper and did not even get a credit for the difference in price they just took all my money and sent me a cheaper product.
I am also not the only one who is having problems so my case is NOT and one off.
I am a poster ont he hookpro.com forums and withing the space of a week two posts cropped up about this company one was a guy asking if he should purchase from them, obviously he and many others read my reply and decided against it.
Another was from a chap who had placed an order but never received it. Again I replied to his post with my story and at least 6 other people replied saying they would not order from them because of our posts.#
This company thinks they are just mugging off individuals but you under estimate the power of word of mouth, becuase of these two posts you have lost serveral potential customers and possibly many more who read the posts but did not reply.
I have waited over a month and STILL havent received the flavours that I paid for. They said it was because of the holiday season, but no self respecting postal service takes this long.
I ordered 3 x each of Mera Instant Light Shisha Coal and Cococha Shisha Charcoal - both of which arrived promptly. Unfortunately in each of the Mera Coal tubes, the top three and bottom two were crumbling to dust. This particular batch of the Cococha coal also fails to lightup even after being on the fire for 20-30minutes and goes out once it is taken off the fire.
Having contacted the company to try and get the crumbling and non-burning issues resolved - I am still waiting and have not had the courtesy of a response form them. Not what you would expect from such a company (whom my son-in-law buys regularly from and we have not had any problems in the past!).
Ordered one of the modern hookah pipes for my son's Christmas present. It arrived well within the delivery time, well packaged and my son is thrilled with it.
I did order apple molasses but received grape for some reason, but never mind.
Ordered 2 items on 19th and paid £6 for delivery and still no items, have emailed many a time but to no avail, I have trouble getting on to there site and still its not working. But still no response so really disappointed after reading such good reviews.
Shishahookah did everything they said they would. Great products received on time for a great price - couldn't ask for more.
ive used shishahookah twice and got my stuff delivered within the week, but this time 16 days have past (12 working) and i have had nothing from them at all, not even an email saying when it was dispatched assuming it was........a company that started well, and looked promising, and now its going down the drain
UPDATE : Money has been refunded and free goodies are to be added to the next order, still annoyed that ive waited so long but problem has been rectified .............i guess everyone makes mistakes
We have stopped selling Social Smoke now actually, so Im sorry will not be able to help you out there. Delivery on tobacco normally takes around 10 business days. Im more than happy to add some coal and a pack of the new al fakher herbal, which is very good for a herbal and you should try it.
