whilst the actual shopping experience and delivery were without problems, I had to return my boots and 2 months later have no sign of a refund. I cannot access the website and the telephone cannot be connected. BYEBYE £74.
I bought a pair of Emu boots for my daughers birthday and they arrived promptly within 2 days. Great I thought - however they needed to be returned, so I emailed for an RMA which promptly arrived. I posted the back with the label provided on 20th February 2012, the parcel was received on the 22nd February, but I still have not received my refund. I am absolutely disgusted and wouldn't not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Dispite having called - there is only a message saying 'your call cannot be connected at this time' and emailing I am still waiting for my refund.
I bought boots, the money was taken and I after a month i haven't received goods. On their website it shows as 'ceased trading' and this is now in the hands of PayPal's dispute process.
I ordered two pairs of emu boots and they arrived very promptly. One pair was not suitable so I requested a return code which I received the following day. On 14 Feb 2012 I returned the unsuitable pair with a request for an exchange. No problem or so I thought. when checking to see when the exchange of boots would be issued my husband noted that e site had ceased trading. Almost one month late and the boots/refund have not arrived. I now intend to Make a claim to the administrators AND complain to trading standards. Luckily I work for BIS so I have plenty of contacts with the trading authorities..
The first order I made never arrived. After one month of trying to contact the company through phone and email I eventually managed to speak to somebody who organised a new delivery which arrived the next day. However the boots did not fit and I then began the painstaking job of trying to return them. Again no replies to any emails or phone messages, in fact eventually the phone message at Shoe Envy was "Sorry we cannot take your call" and all to get a returns number required for the returned package!!
I have now posted the boots without a returns number so goodness knows what will happen!! I can imagine having a horrendous job trying to get a refund. It goes without saying that the money was taken from my bank account as soon as the first order was made.
Rubbish!! Absolutely no way I would ever use this company again.
My sister had recommended Shoe-envy. She said the delivery was quick and the boots were good quality. I ordered a pair of Fly boots and as promised, the boots arrived quickly. However, the right boot is not up to standard and I wanted to return them. I have tried to contact Shoe-envy following the instructions on the delivery note but the phones are never answered. I have emailed and heard nothing. I have since read other reviews and it would seem that many other people have had the same experience and even when they have returned their items with the RMA code, their money has not been returned. I am extremely disappointed and will continue to pursue the company. I can not afford to lose £79.
Have bought Fly London boots previously which are super comfy and stylish, so thought I would try their shoes as I need cushioned soles. They don't disappoint, and it's nice to have a bit of height and not feel like your wearing heels.
Please read this and take note! i wish I had read the other reviews stating the same.... Ordered and paid for boots (over a hundred pounds) - received an email saying 'here is your tracking code' with NO tracking code. Emailed them 3 times, no response at all. The phone number is not obtainable. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVEN IF THEY ARE LEGITIMATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. I have called my bank and fortunately I can claim under 'unreceived goods over the interent' but have to wait 30 days from when i paid them. Thre are hundreds of other sites you can use, do yourself a favour and use them instead of this nightmare company
Have ordered from shoe-envy before no problem.Ordered emu boots at £105, have returned them and was going to order an alternative BUT HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE FROM THEM OR A REFUND, THE BOOTS WERE RETURNED 2 WEEKS AGO, UNABLE TO CONTACT BY PHONE AS NUMBER CANNOT BE CONNECTED.AM NOW £105 DOWN.NO REPLY TO ANY EMAILS.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE MUPPETS!!!!!!
Ordered fly boots 22nd Feb arrived Saturday am but are too tight. Tried at least 30+ times to contact company but get "sorry you call cannot be connected" no replay to any of my numerous emails so did abit of digging. I have friends that way. Shop in Shaftesbury was full of shoes last week this week it has been emptied!!!!!!!! Also been told that they are hardly ever at the Warehouse in Gillingham. something is very wrong.......at least I still have boots to hopefully sell on & recoupe my money. I had read reviews on here over 2 weeks ago & all looked ok

Ordered two pairs of fly boots, only one arrived despite invoice saying box included both pairs. have tried ringing in excess of 50 times to be greeted with 'your call can not be connected', no response from emails despite sending to three different addresses. I have even tried ordereing again from web site and strangely enough everything is out of stock For this reason I have now raised dispute with paypal

Update now says ceased trading on website!!!!
It is with regret I write a poor review. I wish to return an item but have been unsuccessful in gettng the relavent RMA number needed. The telephone number is either not connecting or going to voice mail and my e-mails are not being responded to. I fear I may be stuck with an item I do not wish to keep.

I bought 2 pairs of fly boots. One pair arrived. Initially able to contact the company who assured me that the other pair would be sent that day. 1 week later , no boots, £75 down and unable to get hold of the company despite numerous emails. The telephone number is now unobtainable.
Avoid this company!!!!!!

Quick delivery. Boots are still currently retailing at £114.99 on most websites. Only thing that let thw site down was that the boots were slightly scratched. Nothing but a little bit annoying. That said it wouldn't put me off shopping on the site again :)
I ordered and paid for two pairs of fly london boots - one pair arrived, and I have been trying to contact shoe-envy via telephone (number given on website doesn't work) and email (no reply after at least 5 emails). I'm left with one pair of boots instead of two, and £75 down.
Ordered Fly boots at a good price and they came quickly. Problem is they don't fit and I need to return them. Three emails have gone unanswered and the telephone number is not connecting. Do not buy from this company, there is something suspicious about it all.
Now left with boots and down £100.

i purchased some fly boots from shoe envy ltd. They arrived promptly, so far so good.
However, they did not fit. I tried and tried and tried to contact show envy ltd, after several emails and goodness knows how many phone calls i finally got a returns number from them over the phone, even though they claimed to of already emailed it too me.
So i sent the boots back to them via the printed returns label, and suprise suprise they claim to have not recieved the boots. After nearly 50 attempts to contact them via phone i finally got an email saying to send them prrof of postage. So i sent the receipt to them recorded delivery, and the post office say no one was availible to sign.
I took a copy the reciept before sending it.
So the company claim not to have recieved the boots, other people have had the same experience, i now left without the boots and out of pocket.
This company is a joke.
Can not get through via phone, emails are not being answered, suspect comapny has gone bust ? Not suprised with this appaulling level of service.
I bought a pair of boots at a very reasonable price and they were dispatched quickly, however I have been unable to contact the company to request a return number (needed before sending the item back).
I have emailed them twice and called on numerous occasions. I left 2 messages on the answer machine, then when I called again a message told me the voicemail inbox was full and now when I tried to call again today, the number was unavailable.
I would not use this company again; I will write to them tomorrow and intend to report them to Trading Standards if I do not receive a response.
Their delivery is fairly fast, and the mail tracker was useful. However I want to return my purchase, and I'm finding it extremely hard to get in touch! I have sent three emails to the three different addresses provided and still no reply! When trying to call them, I'm just greeted with an automated messages informing me my call cant be connected.
I ordered from Shoe-envy before and paid for next day delivery and everything was fine and I was pleased with the Boots I received. However this time has been a nightmare. I chose standard delivery this time and I received a dispatch notice the next day, but the tracking link to royal mail was broken and I had not recieved my tracking code. It has been over a week since the dispatch note was sent and the shoes have not arrived. I have sent four e-mails and phoned countless times. All of their telephone numbers even the ones I found on the BT directory are not connecting. I eventually found a mobile number connected to the company, which went straight through to the answer machine. I actually went as far as to phone another shop near Shoe-envy to make sure they hadn't shut down. I have not had a single reply and still have not recieved my shoes. If I do not recieve any reply by tomorrow I will begin a dispute with pay pal.
I have now started a dispute with Shoe-envy via pay pal. I really suggest not using shoe-envy, there is something very dodgy going on here, I don't know why sometimes they're great and sometimes they're terrible, but considering how terrible they can be when things go wrong I wouldn't chance it and if you do use them, go with pay pal so at least you can dispute the transaction.
