Lovely Shoes

The shoes were great but sadly were not wide enough for me so had to be returned. However Shoes.co.uk dealt with both the order and the refund speedily and I will be happy to buy shoes from them in the future.

Excellent selection for small sizes

Bought shoes after seeing them in a shop, being a size three few shops stock this size in more than one or two pairs that quickly sell out. Was told by the assistant that the size was not available in the make that I wanted. so left dissapointed. Searched on Shoes uk and found them instantly in my size too. Quick service perfect fit. will use them again.

A very poor Experience

Order placed,- payment taken but no further action.After several days of hearing nothing was finally told that shoes were not available, and was offered shoes of wrong size and wrong colour. I declined this and asked for refund. Had no response to this despite sending email and leaving phone message. <private data removed> was supposedly dealing with these queries, - claimed not to have received my email which had clearly gone through.
Refund was eventually made on Monday. Should have ordered on <external link removed>,- Richard Ikin

Many years ago my husband owned an original pair of loafers. Whilst looking on the Shoes.co.uk website we found Original loafers for sale. I knew he would love a pair as although he is 56 years old in his mind he is still 16, and remembers the "good old days of the skinhead, with Loafers crombie coats etc etc. ( i diverse sorry) !!, anyway we ordered him a pair of Black Loafers in a size 9, he was thrilled when they arrived, however they were much to big, ( his feet have shrunk with age ) not that i would tell him that. I made a very quick phone call to a lady at Shoes.co.uk who explained what i had to do to send them back, even telling me that i could download a pre paid label to send them back. I reordered a size 8, which arrived the very next day and fitted a treat. Surfice to say one very Happy Hubby. Service from Shoes .co.uk First Class. Loafers according to my Hubby "Best shoes i've ever had".would highly recommend "Shoes.co.uk".

Pad comfort...

I love Padders shoes. I had a pair of black leather bootees for years and I tried to get another pair recently ..sadly they do not seem to do these anymore BUT I did find a pair exactly like but with no ankle support. They are so comfortable. So I am happy. Would recommend Padders to everyone.

I bought a pair of Padders from Shoes.co.uk recently. They arrived within 48 hours. The service was easy to use and I received a prompt response. I would recommend the service as I am now quite elderly and find shopping for shoes a headache, as well as a knee ache, hip ache, back ache and foot ache!

Saves a lot of shoe leather

I've used Shoes.co.uk five times now without any problems, Shoes turn up a couple of days later and are exactly as advertised.

I particularly like their Azor brand. They always fit me perfectly, are super comfortable, always stylish, good quality and good value for money.

I've only once found Azor shoes on the high street and they were significantly more expensive than this internet source so recommend them without hesitation

OUTSTANDING

I can only say that I had considerable difficulty it repeating my purchase of a pair of shoes from a shoe store in HERTFORD some years ago, my search was recently rewarded when I found your company in line although they have lost the cross-lacing they have maintained the comfort of my originals and I am most satisfied with them the only thing that I can't understand is that I have for many years needed size 10 suddenly 10, are too loose , how do you manage that.. Anyway thank you for an excellent pair of shoes. E.A.Rice.

Disappointed Buyer

I ordered Padder Shoes for my husband, was delighted with the price ( although the 10% discount promised could not be applied at the till) only to be e-mailed to say the said shoes were out if stock. My grouse is that the shoes wre still being shown on line many hours and days later.

Great company, Great shoes.

I've had a few pairs of Reiki shoes before but never bought on line. Going on a holiday later in the year that will involve some walking but didn't want to wear walking boots as it will be warm and didn't want to look rediculous in shorts, cropped trousers or skirts. Saw these coloured "Penny" Reika, just perfect light -weight and so comfortable, with fancy air vents down the side, loved the red. unfortunately couldn't get my size and colour. Bought on line from Shoes. co,uk., good price with a extra money off using a password. , came within two days.!
Hoping for good weather soon to wear them.

comfy slippers with the looks too!!

Just ordered a comfy pair of slippers for going into hospital ( I was due a new pair ! ) These caught my eye because of the design - nice a flat but they have a colourful flower on the front. When I tried them on they were instantly comfortable. Don't think I can wait for my hospital visit to wear them though !!

I ordered my shoes, they took my money - and then they emailed to say the shoes were not in stock in my size. All resolved in the end with a refund but won't be ordering there again.

Best for style and comfort

These are without doubt the most comfortable stylish and pretty trainers around.
This is the 3rd pair I have had, in different colours, and they never fail to deliver.

Poor Customer Service

Ordered a pair of Timberland shoes for my son in time for the new term. The shoes were ordered on a 48 hour delivery. I received nothing after a week so rang Customer Services to be advised that they would check the cause of delay and ring me the following day. I did not receive any call and rang back to then be told there was a defect found with the original shoe and that a replacement will be sent out within a week. Again, no shoe was delivered. It was not until I rang again that the shoes were dispatched on a 24 hour delivery. Throughout the process I wasn't informed as to the delay dispite the company having my email address, postal address and mobile phone number. I would question is the shoe was in stock at the time of placing the order. Still haven't received an apology. My son had his school photo taken in his old shoes. Thanks Shoe

All calls are recorded and we do have a record of calling your mobile phone number to let you know there was a delay, as previously mentioned we were awaiting delivery and the shoes were sent on next day delivery as soon as they arrived, it was unfortunately a coincidence that it was a day you called, you would have received an email and tracking information shortly after 4pm that day. We have apologised for this delay and once again wish to express that usually orders are within 2 working days, this was an exceptional circumstance. We have refunded the delivery charge for this order.

The company was quick to contact me when one of the items I ordered was unexpectedly out of stock. I order lotus granite boots as I already had a pair and wanted a back up. Shoes.co.uk were the cheapest and the boots arrived as ordered very promptly. I will definitely start looking on their website for shoes in the future.
