Excellent Service before and after sales

I ordered shoes they turned out not to fit and the retailer searched their stock to find a pair that would be suitable unfortunately this wasn't to be and I returned the shoes for a full refund.

i bought a pair of harley davison savanah ladies boots, via internet, they arrived well packed and safe but unfortunately were too small, after liasing with staff at shoes international i returned them to pediwear shoe shop in halifax as this was an easier option for me, i also requested that the next size up be left at the shop for my collection, i collected these fantastic boots, i was amazed at the brilliant service from shoes international who went out of their way to accommodate my requests, top class company, more than helpful staff and altogether a great pleasure to do business with them. thank you shoes international. kind regards. jo brook

It was so good to find a company that stock shoes that would actually fit my very small feet (size 2.5,). I even had a choice, which doesn't happen very often.
The service was excellent. When there was a problem obtaining the shoes from the manufacturer they kept me informed and made sure that they were dispatched as soon as they were available (sooner than the original estimate).
The personal note inside every parcel is also a very nice touch.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone. Indeed, I already have!

I ordered my shoes just before a Bank Holiday, and really appreciated the tracking emails to keep me up to speed with the delivery date. Unfortunately, when the shoes arrived, they were too small. I phoned to see if there were larger sizes available (unfortunately not). The return process was equally slick, I was emailed as soon as they had received the parcel, and the credit was processed. I will definitely use again!

I found Padders service excellent but regretfully have to return my order as I need a wider size which is not available in my choice of shoe.

Good customer service, product not quite as expected.

I appreciated that my first choice was not sent out when quality issues were identified and communicated to me. However, subsequent order, with friendly note, was different colour from item on website, not what I originally wanted. But item is good quality and I decided to keep it.

Excellent service

Excellent service from start to finish - order arrived on time and well packed, at a price you cannot find elsewhere!

Great service - great commnication.

The shoes ordered were summer-y sandals for my wife from her favourite supplier, Mephisto. Unfortunately, what we ordered wasn't in stock in the UK but we were kept very much in touch with progress as to the order coming across from France. When the shoes did arrive, they were perfect - exactly as described and just as comfy as shoes from Mephisto have always been. Shoes International provided a really excellent service for us.

Well worth the effort.

Having particularly wide feet with the added complication of wearing custom orthotics it has always been difficult for me to find suitable footwear. After many tedious hours of research I came across this website and found a pair of shoes that appeared to be just what I was looking for. No mean feat, as regular shops had not so far been able to offer this unless I went with 'granny shoes'! With fingers crossed I ordered the shoes and apart from taking longer than I'd expected I have been happy with my purchase. The shoes are as they appeared and the fit is acceptable. They were also much cheaper than anything else I had come across or than if I'd ordered shoes in Australia to come from overseas. I will shop here again now that I know the shoe size and brand work for me.

Seller of the year!

I wanted a pair of shoes that I had seen on a different website which I did not want to use after a previous disappointment. I knew that this seller had the same brand for sale and telephoned them. Although they did not have the style in stock they contacted the makers Waldlaufer and they said they would MAKE ME A PAIR!! This took a few weeks and then they were sent to me. It was such a good experience to deal with this seller. They bent over backwards to help me and everyone was helpful and friendly. I was made to feel that nothing was too much trouble and I would have no hesitation in recommending this site to other people. Marvellous, thank you.

One of my top online purchase experiences

After 3 failed purchases through ebay stores that could not fulfil the order (luckily all refunded), Shoes International really went out of their way to fulfil my order. I searched for weeks on google for the boots, and Shoes International popped up on page twenty something (really hidden away!). Shoes International offered the boots FAR cheaper than any other store!
They responded promptly to my emails telling me they would need to source the boots from the manufacturer first. This was just great service as I was told by the 3 other online stores they did not have the boots in stock after having paid through paypal.
I was fully informed on the order status, and when they boots arrived from the manufacturer. The boots took 1 week to arrived from UK to New Zealand which is great.
I was really pleased with the boots, and there was a handwritten personal note from Sue.
This has got to be the top online customer service I've experienced to date just because they went that extra mile to source the boots, by far the best price, and prompt communication.
A massive thanks to all the team at Shoes International. Looking forward to my next purchase with you.
