Service with a capital S.
If only all shops offered service like Shoetique. Not only did they keep me informed, but shoes ordered at 3.30pm were delivered at 10.30 am the following day.
Two postage paid labels were enclosed in case I had to return the shoes for any reason,giving me the choice of taking them to the Post Office, or I could have them picked up from home.
Returns accepted without quibble. What more can you ask?

Fitflops are fab!
I love the range of fitflops and the service you get from shoetoque is excellent no problems if you have to change your order and return postage is available and the range of fitflops with all the styles Soyuz can choose the one suitable to you .

Great choices - great service!
I really wanted a new pair of FitFlops as they have always been so comfortable. I seem to have lots of problems finding nice shoes that don't hurt my feet and after trying a few styles of FitFlops, I knew I needed some 'Due's for work. But I struggle to find retailers that stock enough choice in a size 8!! I couldn't believe my luck when I came across shoetique - a wide variety styles AND colours AND in the right size!! I even introduced my husband to them & he had 2 pairs!! I will increase the variety of colours I own in due course!!! I put in my order for the 3 pairs and they were delivered in super quick time!! Just what I was after, delivered quickly & without having to traipse around lots of shops with bored children in tow! Brilliant!! X

Excellent service
I was really pleased with the service. The order was delivered quickly, the return and following exchange was also dealt with quickly. Unfortunately in this instance, the shoes did not fit but again the refund has been dealt with. I was kept informed of the progress all along. Would recommend this site.

great service, fast delivery
Ordered 2pm, shoes were delivered by 8am the next day. Order was exactly what I wanted, but I appreciated the inclusion of the return label, so I knew if the shoes didn't fit I would have been able to return them with no hassles.

Easy to order, very speedy delivery with time slot
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes in 3 days - never done this before but was so impressed with the range of summer sandals and the incredibly speedy delivery. Fantastic shoe shopping experience!!!

100% Company - They Do What They Say
Ordered pair of fitflops one day and they were delivered the next morning! And delivery was free of charge. Unfortunately, as they did not fit too well, I had to send them back but my payment was refunded in two days. Cannot recommend this Company highly enough. Will definitely use them again with no qualms.

Good Service, but more warning required for returns
The shoes came promptly, but didn't fit, I hadn't really thought about the returns, and was not unwilling to pay something to send them back, but when I found the cheapest option was £8 I was stunned. Beware when buying shoes, as it needs taking into account the full costs. A £25 pair of shoes has cost me £37, so will not order again.

Flat and fabulous!
