quality of product and prompt dispatch was spoiled by the parcel being left on the path outside my property, anyone could've picked it up! shame on you royal mail!!
very efficient ordering and speedy processing and dispatch, however, marred by the fact that the parcel was left outside where anyone could've picked it up! Fortunately they didn't but hey....shame on you Royal Mail!!

I ordered two pairs of Fitflops late in the day and didn't expect to get them until the following Monday. On Saturday morning before 10am the parcel was delivered. Needless to say my Fitflops were just as ordered and like all my other pairs, are hardly off my feet. Whole experience of shopping with the company was a breeze! Thanks so much. THE IMPACT OF EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered a pair of shoes from shoetique last mondayexpecting them to arrive tuesday and they didnt, I have little experince with computers so I thought I had made an error with the order,Itook advise on how to send an email something I did not know how to do and sent them an email they promptly replied advising me there was a problem with their system earlier that week which could have been the reason the order didnt reach them and if I would like to re-order they would get them to me next day,I then set about re-ordering and found they were £10 pounds cheaper than when I originaly ordered though it meant I didnt qualify for next day delivery however they did arrive next day I just feel I was in a win win situation I had the shoes I wanted spent £10 less learned how to email and had service second to none brilliant Iwill certainly be a returning customer well done shoetique. many thanks Doreen Ponting

Feet savers!
I bought some Gogh Pro Black clogs because I have started a new catering job this week. They arrived within a couple of days and Shoetique have given a brilliant speedy service. All I can say is even though it's been hard graft whizzing around on my pins all day, my feet have felt loved and looked after in them and felt fine at the end of a shift. I shall be using Shoetique for purchasing more Fitflops in the future. Thank you!

Great service
I ordered my shoes on line, they were delivered the following day as promised. Unfortunately they were a bit tight, but no problem I rang up Shoetique and had a conversation with a young lady she was very polite and immediately told me what to do to return them and gain a refund. I received an e mail from Shoetique saying I had been refunded. Can't fault their service.

I'm so chic in shoetique
I happened upon shoetique while trying to source 'fitflops' at a reasonable price, and boy what a find it's been. The first pair were reduced in a sale - result! No delivery charge and they came the very next day. I was hooked so ordered another pair but didn't prefer the colour. The return was so straightforward. I wanted to exchange for another pair which cost a bit more so I was phoned the day they received the return to arrange payment of the extra, and lo and behold they arrived really quickly again. Friendy staff and easy, speedy buying. Who could ask for more?!

Can't fault them websie fast, shoes then arrived really quickly. Decided to exchange as didn't like the fit on the first pair. I had a query regarding the sandals I wanted to exchange them for and the team got back to me really quickly and were great.
Only posted the returns off today so can't comment on exchanging just yet but will definately use again.

I received an e-mail advertising a special price reduction on Fitflop due ballerina shoes and could not resist the offer. Unfortunately my size was out of stock but the company duly e-mailed me once they were back in stock and my shoes arrived the next working day.
