Fabulous Shoes...so very sad they're too big!
For the shoe itself I would give a five star rating but I take a size 40 (EUR) size which is not available...it was either a 39 (UK 6) or a 41 (UK7)..I rang and sought guidance and was advised that a 41 would be the best bet. Sadly, my gorgeous shoes are too big and I should have gone for the 39. Very, very disappointed. To return them from Crete is going to be extremely costly.
This is a tragedy! I absolutely adore them.

Excellent service.
Very helpful sales assistant on the other end of the phone . I ordered two pairs of Fit Flops, one for myself and one for my husband. On another site the same shoes were on sale but there was a five day delay. Mine came the next morning. My husbands shoes were in the sale . So all in all, two very pleased customers. I'll buy again from Shoetique - efficient, prompt and an excellent range. What's not to like ?

Fantastic comfort
Am on my feet all day and get discomfort in the balls of my feet. I wear fitflops in the summer and find them really comfortable so was delighted to find these fitflops specially designed for nurses. Good delivery service, was able to track package to when it arrived on the door.

Ordered and delivered in 2 days,great service shame about the shoes!
Very pleased With the service but the shoes are very poor,after spending £85 on work shoes that felt fine on the first day but by the time I had done a 9 hour shift they were flopping up and down.Too late to return but unwearable,I tried them the next day with thicker socks,still no good.I feel like crying as I have spent the amount I would have spent in a year on one pair of shoes I can't wear.

I ordered a size 6 as I am normally a 6 and a half, thinking they would be fine but after receiving them (in 2 days as promised) decided that I would need a bigger size. The free return system was very easy to use and the correct size came very quickly with no quibble. Very efficient, thank you.

Making my whims and desires a reality
A great find through Facebook. You know those sites that pop up , that you think are annoying, and that you will never click on...just wait until you see something that you coveted last summer and could in no way justify the expense , at bargain baasement prices...you'll never look back. Really quick delivery and an easy to use site.

Fit Flops fit the bill
I was hesitant at first about spending so much on a pair of summer sandals without trying them on first but they fit perfectly! Lightweight and pretty and just the thing to suit my feet which can no longer cope with any old sandal on the high street! Supportive and a great workout for the legs too.

Mistakes happen but resolved very well
The shoes arrived very quickly but they sent me the wrong colour. I contacted the company and they were very apologetic and have explained how the mistake happened. I think they should have sent the correct pair straightaway as it was their mistake but I've had to return the incorrect ones and I'm now waiting the correct ones..
Correct shoes arrived and I'm very pleased with them. Also, Shoetique refunded me 10% for the error. I am now very pleased with the service and will use them again.

Lurve my Fitflops
Ordered some Fitflops that were from the new range and they are beautiful. They were about the same price as the Fitflop website, but the free delivery charge made them a lot less expensive. They arrived on time and I am now enjoying wearing my very comfortable and colourful sandles. Will definitely be shopping on this site to feed my shoe habit again. Thanks for the fab service.

Perfect!
Bought a pair of amethyst Fitflop boots from shoetique and couldn't have hoped for a better service! Not only was delivery fast and free but returns too - had I needed to return the boots - but I didn't because they were perfect and less than half price too! All in all a perfect, straightforward experience - I would definitely buy from shoetique again :-)

A great bargain with excellent service
I had been debating which FitFlops I wanted to buy for this season and really wanted another pair of the Frou in Cosmic Purple but didn't want to spend another £75 when I had a perfectly good albeit faded and well worn pair from last year so couldn't believe it when they were on offer for £37.50, I placed an order straight away and within 2 days my order had arrived. Had I known my sister would want a pair too I would of taken advantage of the free next day delivery but no problem as delivery was so quick and hers came on the Monday and she is delighted with her bargain FitFlops too!

Beautiful shoes - delivered in time for special lunch!
I have bought lots of sandals, boots and ballerinas over the years from the Fitflop range as they are so comfortable and stylish. My friends admired this pair in mink - a sort of shiny grey colour. They arrived quickly and well packed. They fit perfectly and in a half size - 6.5 - which is often hard to find. Can be worn with a smart outfit or casually with skinny jeans - I love them!

I was amazed that shoetique offered a next day service especially as I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. The next day I received an email apologising that there was a slight delay with the shoes bring dispatched but assuring me that they would arrive the following day. They did and the shoes were perfect , I also got an email giving me 10% off my next order for the delay! Total no brainier!! Brilliant!!
