Brilliant trainers received in a record time despite standard delivery . Where I struggled to find these trainers in my size with other company's , they had them in stock and at a brilliant price . Would thoroughly recommend .

Fast delivery, excellent price!
I ordered a Berghaus Crusader from Shop Outdoors since they offered the best price - by far. Delivery from the UK to Sweden took a couple of working days and was affordable. My overall impression is very good. Excellent service and a really nice price!

It cant get any better!
I cant in my wildest imagination think of any way a deal over the internet could get any better.
Its the Original Berghaus Centurio 30 liters witch in Sweden will cost about 30-40% more.
My order was processed awesomly quick and came to me on wednesday and i ordered the backpack on Sunday evening. I already bought the Berghaus Crusader 90+20liters from Shop-outdoors. The sidebags from Crusader fits my Centurio witch means i got with these two backpacks 4 different options. 30-50-90-120litres. Daypack or weekend hike, or Crusader witch fits my winter-packing!

Does what it says on the tin!!
Competitive prices, amongst the best I could fine on the internet for Sebago. Good communicators, prompt despatch, fast delivery, shoes fitted perfectly first time, using the measuring device is a good idea. What's not to like? Excellent. Would use again.

brilliant service
I ordered a pair of walking shoes on Sunday, they arrived as promised with e.mails to keep me updated on the order at each point.
I was ordering a second pair of these shoes so knew exactly what I was buying but the description was accurate. I cant fault this site based on this one experience, and eill use it sgsin.

Good service and prompt refund
I ordered a down-filled jacket from Shop Outdoors (at a very good price). It arrived in just a few days, but unfortunately it didn't fit well. I emailed them to ask how to return it, and sent it back to them last week. Within five days of posting it back, I received a full refund.
The only Issue I had was the lack of instructions re how to return goods. Usually companies include these in the shipping pack. However they did respond to my email within less than an hour, despite it being sent in an evening.
Overall, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Fast delivery and good service...
I ordered a berghaus crusader for half the price compaired to swedish prices.
Four working days later I had it in my hand!
There was a little trouble with the shipping companys tracking page . So I emailed and asked for information. And three emailed and 30 minutes later I sound out that it was allready in my local postoffice..
Super fast respons to email , faster and cheaper delivery than here.
I Will not hesitate to order again..

What a joke
I ordered the 'Berghaus Freeflow 35+8 Rucksack-Blue'. Blue being the defining the word. When my package arrived it was red! When I called customer service they advised me that I had mistakenly ordered the red version of the 'Berghaus Freeflow 35+8 Rucksack-Blue'. I can get my head around the fact that all Berghaus Freeflow 35+8 Rucksack's will come in different colours but when you order a product by the description 'Berghaus Freeflow 35+8 Rucksack-Blue' then you expect a blue ruck sack. To add insult to injury when I went to order the blue ruck sack I noticed that postage and packaging had now risen from 1.99 to 5.99. I decided against ordering again. Shop Outdoors were unable to recognise their website was misleading and simply advised me that this was my fault, sorry nothing we can do, try not to make the same stupid mistake again.
