i have been a member of theirs for years, i ordered a Amazon voucher from these people, which was a duplicate, ive sent loads of emails, ive even rang them in London, this was 7 October 2012, and nothing, ive even sent them proof from Amazon, did i get a replacement voucher, did i hell.
All i have got off these people are emails and letters threatening me to send my bar codes in or my membership will be ended. well i got in first ive sent them all their equipment back, and they can stick their membership up which orifice is closest.
I earned that voucher fair and square, took the time and energy uploading the data and scanning receipts, only to get ripped off.
It's such an easy was to make a little extra. I use the vouchers I save to buy birthday/xmas gifts throughout the year. The points add up fairly quickly, and although all the scanning seems like it will be tedious it's just a routine now and I do it as I put my shopping away, takes no time at all.
ive been with shop and scan for years have earned hundreds bought myself a new tv a blackberry tablet just took out vouchers for 130 and still have nearly 300 i save them till i want something any time iv needed help iv had no trouble i think you must have been unlucky

It is easy to transmit bar codes and submit till receipts, and the news letters are informative with monthly competitions, updated information and bar codes are sent well in advance, and the backup technical service is easy to understand.
Finally the rewards are well worth it, I get £100-00 in shopping vouchers every year just for taking part
