My suitecase was broken and I have sent it off to them to fix it (under warantee). I was still speaking to their customer service Sean about it 2 weeks ago and he ensured me that it will be send back by end of the week.
I have not heard from them since and have email them several times about it. And the phone line and websites been down for weeks.
Can someone please follow up and let me know how I can get my suitecase back. (Titan suitecase)
Order placed 2nd April.
Same day the Order was placed the money was taken.
Received an email confirming the order.
Chased Delivery after the 24/72 hour delivery promise had expired.
Contacted them by phone 5 days running with the same message saying having problems with phone lines please try later.
Sent an email requesting information but still waiting a response.
Looks like the Company as gone bankrupt, as there are many people like me experiencing the same problems.
The website has now been removed.
Placed an order with Shopeezee last Tuesday and much to my horror received an email a couple of days ago informing me that they have ceased trading. I appreciate that it is difficult times for companies at the moment however what I find inexcusable is the way they have approached this.
Firstly prior to receceiving the email I tried to call on numerous occassions only to listen to their answerphone message telling me that they were experiencing telephone line difficulties - LIE!
Secondly when I placed the order over the phone (only days before) and spoke to the director <private data removed> him didnt have the decency to inform me that they were having problems. He was very happy taking my money however in what can only be discribed as daylight robbery. I have since looked at their accounts on Companies House only to find that their situation has been unhealthy for some time now.
Thirdly I have had little response from the company by way of email other than 'gone out of business, apologies for any inconvience caused'. What help does that give me. What should have been sent out is an email confirming what steps they are taking to rectify the problem. i,.e, timescale to getting in the administrators what with them being a LTD company. I see that up until today they were still trading through their website without any notification to prospective customers.
I am currently in the process of sorting out a charge-back arrangement with my bank but I find the whole affair utterly disgusting.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I see other people have had the same misfortune. Will good to hear other experiences or how pople are getting on.

I have ordered an Ashwood Knightsbridge Italian Leather Wheeled Garment / Suit Carrier. Any attempt to trace a package failed. Apparently landlines are cut, just answering machine with the same message that they are experiencing technical problems. Very disappointed. Hope to get through and claim my money back. My worst online shopping experience ever.
So like the previous review I have ordered my suitcase last week, took my money straight away but nothing delivered so far!! Been emailing and calling since Tuesday with no response. Ridiculous! Now the website is unavailable, where is my order or my refund?
Terrible service which is a shame as have ordered in the past a few years ago and was absolutely fine. Please can someone from Shopeezee Customer Service get in touch ASAP to sort this!

We have been in business for nearly 8 years, and it is so sad it has come to this.
I find this digusting as they were happy to take my money a few days ago and nowhere have they said how they will help the Customer. I am now trying to see if I can get my money back via my bank.
Order and my money taken by them on March 3 not delivered despite 2-3 day delivery acknowledgement, followed later by message that this was to be delayed by 7 to 10 days. It's now six weeks since order.
I have not been able to contact them by email nor telephone for the last week. Their telephone is not working and there's no response to my email.
I placed an order with this company on 4/2/13 for a heilemann laptop bag/briefcase. As they state a fast 24-72 hour delivery i thought i was ordering in plenty of time for when i need it for a gift on 12/2/13. At the time of ordering there was a message saying they couldn't process my payment and to call with my card details, which i did. I was told they had a current connection problem with the card payment system, they took my card details and then called me later that afternoon to confirm the payment had been processed. On 6/2 i called to say i had not yet received my order or a confirmation email of my order, even though the payment of £138.60 had left my bank account. I was told that i hadn't received the automated confirmation email due to the payment processing difficulties they had had that day but was assured my order had shipped and i should receive it that day or the next day.
By 8/2 i still have not received my order. I email asking when i will receive it. I get a reply from sean saying he will contact the warehouse to obtain my tracking number and then he will send it to me. 3 hours later i still haven't heard so, after reading in other reviews that jason is helpful, i email him directly to ask when i will receive my order. He replies that evening saying they have had a delay in their stock from heilemann and that as soon as they receive it they will send it onto me on a next day delivery. I then ask why they have taken my money but didn't tell me at the time if ordering that they are out of stock. I was then told by jason that the stock comes straight from the supplier in germany where they are based to the customer and that he will find out why there is a delay on monday and let me know. CONFLICTING INFORMATION??!!!!!!!?
I replied i would wait to hear from him but if the order is going to take too long can i have a refund- he didn't reply to this question!!
This morning i have received an email from jason simply saying ' delivery expected later this week'. To which i have replied " delivery to them or to me"...? I have also asked him if he thinks this is satisfactory and that i now have no gift to give tomorrow, nor the funds to get a replacement/ alternative as shopeezee have them in their bank account!!!!!!
Whilst i have been writing this review i have had an email from sean asking me if jason has replied to me and that he still hasn't received a tracking number from the
warehouse. I have informed sean of my conversation with jason and of my suspicions and asking if he instead can help me. I have also informed him i am in the process of writing this review- lets hope i can update it later with good news and some positivity.
But all i can advise people at the moment based on my experience, is stay away from shopeezee and order from elsewhere...........
On monday within half an hour of my email i received emails from both jason and sean, both deeply apologising for the delay/confusion with my order and admitting that it isnt good service. Jason explained in detail for me the order process from heilemann to put my mind at ease regarding my suspicions.
Jason contacted heilemann direct to find out where my order was. He continually kept me updated and sent me several emails over the course of the day. He did his best to get my order sent from heilemann on a next day delivery so that i would recieve it in time but unfortunately heilemann had already sent it on a two day service, so this was not possible, but through no fault of jasons. To jasons credit, i must point out that he did all this while he was actually away on holiday.
I recieved my order via UPS couriers early this morning (they caught me as i was just getting into my car for the morning school run). The bag came as described in a gift box and dust bag and it is lovely, the smell of leather hit me as soon as i lifted the lid off the box. I emailed jason as he had requested, to let him know that i had recieved it, so that he could action a discount which he had offered as a good will gesture.
I let him know also that the business card holder which i had selected as the free gift with my order had not come, he replied straight away that they come from the shopeezee offices, not heilemann so i will receive it separately via royal mail.
So to sum up, although recieved later than advertised on the website, the item is of a good quality and i am pleased with it. Jasons assistance restored my faith in shopeezee and all i can advise customers is to order well in advance, just in case the item is going to take longer, and if you have a problem, contact jason.
How sad that I am now returning to my review with an unsatisfactory review. After just two and a half months use, the bag has proven faulty. The leather loop to which you attach the shoulder strap looks like it has not been sewn on properly- my husband was walking along with the bag over his shoulder and the leather loop suddenly ripped away from the bag, resulting in it crashing to the floor, laptop and all! Thinking jason would help i emailed him with a picture of the damaged bag three days ago and so far I have heard nothing, not even a 'we are looking into it and will get back to you'.
You would expect after paying well over £100 for a leather 'handmade' bag that the shoulder strap attachment would last longer than two and a half months. What a let down.

My experience is similar to many others: the product is great, well packaged and at the best price I could find. However, the stated 2-3 day delivery was way off. Because I'd ordered suitcases and it's a couple of months before my holiday I didn't mind the delay but for others I'd recommend allowing several weeks for delivery, to be safe. My cases took two weeks to arrive and, unlike the statement on the website about delays, no-one emailed or phoned me about this and neither was my chasing email to them replied to. However, I got the products I wanted in perfect condition. Discounted goods always come at a price and, at Shopeezee the cost seems to be to customer service. If you want goods instantly, you want your supplier to spend more money on call centre staff, and you don't mind paying more for the privilege, then perhaps this company isn't for you. Personally, I'd prefer to get myself organized, order early, wait a while and pay less. I'd order from Shopeezee again.
Going away and wanted a good backpack, I had 3 weeks before I go so I ordered (Item in stock) Ordered on Wednesday 24/72 hrs delivery, 3rd day no item, so I e-mailed them saying is it in stock? they replied back with yes it's in stock wait till monday/tuesday etc, waited... nothing emailed them no reply so I had to phone them as I wanted to get this sorted out, they said it was posted last friday and confirmed it will arrive this week, saturday(10th day) comes around and still nothing.... I'm now less then 2 weeks before I go and will have to cancel the order on monday and order from somewhere else as I can't risk waiting another 2-3 weeks or months as I need this bag before I go, and judging by some of the comments on this site and other sites about this company, delivery could be up to a months long, even though they say 1-3 days on most items.
Very Good/Nice customer service, I got a full refund when I asked for it and was offered a discount/free gift, but sadly I needed my bag quickly and had to order directly from the brand company.
I guess I was unlucky this time, as there were communication problems with the company/delivery supplying the item, it happens I guess from time to time.
I would shop with shopeezee again in the future as their prices are amazing I must say, also most items include free gifts, and customer service is really good,
but only problem I had was I did email/phone knowing it was a problem with the item and I think they could of worked a little harder chasing up the item after hearing the complaint as I order many things and if its more then 1-3 days later after dispatch at the delivery company, then there is something wrong.
I ordered a Carlton luggage set 10 days ago. I got the confirmation email and the money was promptly taken from my account. Two phone calls (answering machine throughout) and an email later, still not a word from Shopeezee.
However I eventually received an email from Jason, and he promptly explained the situation. I have received the goods, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
I ordered a Kipling purse on the 6th December. On the 12th Sean from Shopeezee emailed to say the colour I ordered wasn't in stock. I then chose another colour and advised the order had been processed. It's now the 23rd and I'm still waiting. I have emailed both Sean and customer services asking if the item will be here for Xmas. But as yet no reply from either. This purse is supposed to be an Xmas present so have had to go out and buy a last minute present.

I ordered a black 'members, cabin suitcase', as an xmas gift for my neice. The company rang me a few days later [Monday] to say the black was not in stock would I like the navy. Or if not they could get the black to me by Thursday. I said yes thats fine I do not want the navy so will wait for the black, but then it didnt arrive and I got an email on the Friday to say the black was out of stock and did I want navy!!!! AAArgh! It said to email right back and they would sort it that day. I did that and asked for a refund. Have heard nothing since. Even tried ringing them on their premium rate phoneline but gave up after ages. I emailed them this morning asking them to reply to my email.....nothing.
UPDATE-----All sorted now [by Jason], the replacement product is great quality and I have it before xmas so Im pleased. Thanks
People keep mentioning 'Jason' who sorts things out, well I can only assume he is on holiday. Not happy.

Well at first i was very unhappy how the Shopeezee dealt with customers and their orders. I ordered two suitcases that they showed they have in stock but as it turned out (after my order was made) they don't and i have to wait for them to receive stock for a week or about that time. I asked to refund my order (which was done promptly) and i was dealing with their guest services team. Eventually i reached Jason who is the main man in Shopeezee and he have made a brilliant guest service come back, provided all the answers i needed and left me with a smile. Thank you Jason!
Now as i came back from the holiday trip, i must say that suitcases i bought are excellent!
I want to thank this company because i was let down by another online retailer and i urgently needed a pilot case as i was travelling the following day, shopeezee was very helpful to recommend a few cases and i did manage to choose one and get it on time for my flight. WELL DONE

You can get super fast shipping on most of their bags you'll save a lot as they do FREE delivery. I have come to trust this company as they always provide the lowest prices anywhere--even better than some other retailers. The variety and choices are great. Even their third party vendors provide wonderful service. Returns are also a snap!
It is the one of the top luggage online retailer I have ever used I would love to use this company again without any reservation they provided next day delivery before 9.30 am of my suitcase at a very low cost as I was travelling out from Luton to Amsterdam and the airline busted my suitcase so I went online to get my suitcase and found this company. The guy Matthew on the phone was very corteous and helped me select the Antler Doulite luggage he described it as the strongest luggage and lightweight as well. i am impressed with the quality of this suitcase. An item we purchased through Shopeezee got damaged and did not fulfill our expectations of the product. We got in touch with Shopeezee and the manufacturers and we received a replacement for the damaged goods. Shopeezee kept us informed of what was going on and kept in touch with the manufacturer for us. We were delighted with the service they provided.
We struggled to find a laptop bag for our nephew, we contacted Shopeezee who gave us some alternatives as the original bag he wanted was out of stock with the supplier. He decided on which one to go for and within 2 days it was delivered!! Fantastic customer service from order to delivery....will definitely use Shopeezee again!!
I recently ordered a case from shopeezee which was out of stock, but as I required the case within a certain time I was contacted firstly by email and then by phone offering me an alternative at the same discounted price and with next day delivery. The case duly arrived within the alotted time given me by the courier. Excellent service, and with a personal touch. Well done shopeezee!!
Having been let down by another company, I found Shopeezee on a search and ordered 2 Briggs & Riley cases at a very competitive price for delivery in 2 to 3 days. Perhaps because I live in France and had left some instructions in French, I received a call the following day to clarify the order. I explained my problem and agreed a delayed dispatch date to ensure that I would be home to receive the consignment and was told that I would be contacted again if there were any problems. A further call came a few hours later to say that only an alternative colour was available within my required timescale but, although normally more expensive, I could have them at the same price. We agreed and I received the cases in France on the date Shopeezee proposed. I therefore believe that Shopeezee deserve the highest rating for their excellent, attentive service. Thanks.

I have only ever had one difficult experience with Shopeezee, i have been buying from shopeezee for the past 5 years as they have the biggest kipling bags range online and their prices are always competitive. I ordered a kipling trotter from shopeezee and it arrived on time , however they sent me the completely wrong colour and since i was meant to go away the same weekend, i could not use the bag.However the situation was quickly rectified when i came back from my hols and they collected the wrong one and replaced it with the correct one within 3 days. I will continue buying from them because their customer service is always helpful and it is great to be able to order things online and have them delivered to home, the local shops never seem to have the colours that i want.
I was a bit concerned at first because this website doesn't really look pretty and pro compared to some other. But it's deceiving, the service is very good! I've orderer a leather messenger bag. It price was the cheapest from all the website i've looked at. Unfortunately it appeared to be out of stock. The guy told me it would be there in few weeks so i decided to wait. I've send regular message to have update on my order and he always answered very kindly and very fast! The bag was send with parcel force and in perfect condition.
I give 4 start out 5 only because it doesn't show in the website if a product is available or out of stock, and the money is taken at the order regardless of the availability.
It's a shame my bag was out of stock (i waited 1month between order and reception) but for al the rest i definitely recommend this site.
I placed an order on their website which was shown to be in stock and would be delivered within 1 to 3 days. On the third day I receive an email telling me that it is goin to take 7 to 10 days.
It find it really frustrating when companies advertise something as in stock to get your order then let you down.
I am now left with no gift and it is too late to order something else online.

Everything about your website has been very impressive. It is very user friendly, the speed with which you processed and delivered our order was exceptional and whilst it was unfortunate that we received a damaged suitcase, you could not have been more accommodating in quickly replacing it without any hesitation. I would not hesitate to buy from you again
My original order appeared to have been collected from Shopeezee but then couldn't be located by the courier company. After speaking to Jason, letting him know that the cases were urgently required for a holiday starting three days afterwards, a second order was dispatched and safely delivered the next working day. Throughout the experience Jason and I maintained a constant, reassuring e-mail correspondence and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Shopeezee to other potential customers.
Ordered handbag for wife. Nothing for a week. Phoned them claimed they sent a email stating out of stock. Will send next week was their reply.
Another week nothing turned up. Further phone call again claimed another email sent, now promised delievery by that Friday. Nothing still turned up.
Another phone call on the Monday they took £5 off price (I wonder if I will get that on next months credit card bill ??) Again promised delievery by Thursday. Phone call next day from them (the first call from them !! ) your item is being sent tomorrow (wed) guess what never turns up !!.
Hooray arrived today. Nearly three weeks after order which stated delievery between 24 and 72 hours.
ps still trying to find the emails that they sent !!!!!!
Wouldnt touch (or order from them) with a Barge pole ever again.

Had a problem with my didnt get confomation email, so ordered again two days later and recieved confomation next dat cade one came next day case two came which we refused delivery, emailed customer service to let them know what had happened got a reply stright away from Jason who said he would sort it, and he did at know cost to my self even though it was my fault for over ordering will use shopeezee again keep up the good work Jason.
I bought a backpack and within a few days they contacted me saying they were out of stock and if I was willing to wait. I said that was okay but I needed the backpack by a certain date, two week later. They said that would be no problem.
On the day I needed the backpack there was still no delivery from them. It's now been over a month and a half since I needed the backpack. I have emailed them three times, all without any kind of reply. The money has been taken out of my account. It was taken straight after I said it was okay to wait for the backpack.
I would not use them again, customer service is absolutely appalling, they DO NOT get back to you if there is a problem with your shipping.
UPDATE: After posting my review, Jason contacted me. He looked into my order and found it was not even sent. That the suppliers had failed to deliver. So after he chased them down, the backpack was sent to me. FedEx had some problems delivering it, but a short while after Jason started to look into my case, it finally arrived. So at last I have it. And I must say Jason's been great in chasing up things, looking at what had happened. So that has changed my view about this a bit. I would use again, but I would then also contact Jason before ordering. He also offered me discount on my order. Thanks for sorting everything out Jason!

I purchased a set of Antler Flyweight cases and the price and delivery were the best around. The sign of a good company is how they react if something then goes wrong and unfortunately after 8 months the larger case restraining clip broke inside. Shopeeze responded immediately by contacting Antler who sent replacement clips. As I couldnt fit them Shopeeze arranged for Antler to collect the case and repair it. 1 week later a brand new replacement case was delivered to my house.
Well done guys you are strongly recommended.
I bought the mauritius chamarel beauty box from shopeezee for my daughter. She is very pleased with it - she can put all her make up, combs and other bits. It is nice to have everything arranged neatly in the separate compartments. It also can be locked so the kids can't get it there and mess it around. The pink is a really nice pink colour, not too bright . Even though it is described as a cosmetic case, it could be utilised for anything really - it would be great if you are into nail art or could be used to keep stationery in. I am going to buy one for myself to put my dressmaking equipment. Would recommend shopeezee
Having ordered a suitcase and knowing I had cut it fine to needing it I phoned their customer service team. They were very honest in keeping me updated on the orders progress as well as tracking information upon despatch. We did have a couple of minor issues on receipt which were promptly and amicably settled.
I would recommend the company and would certainly use again if needing any luggage.
what a great company we ordered two skyflite rolling duffles and although they looked ok we did not use them until 4 weeks after delivery. the side zip on one of the bags was faulty. We contacted customer services by e-mail within 30 mins Kevin Naga game back to us.
They were very efficient and swopped the bag straight away no fuss or delay. The new bag came within 2 days. Totally impressed and will definelty order from them again and recommend to all other friends and colleagues.
