Ordered 2 five foot hanging clothes rail. Product easy to put together. Arrived very quickly after placing the order. I was kept up to date and informed of my order progress via e mail. Would definitley recommend to other people.

Damaged Goods with Missing Parts
Ordered a shop quality Clothes rail for home use.Came without the wheels and one of the support pieces was damaged, so I could not erect the ite.This makes me think this is an Ikea subsidary. Rather a disappointing first experience as I had dissembled my bedroom to make way for this item. Now have nothing to hang my clothes until I get replacement parts.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret to read that you are not happy with your purchase and our service. Our records show that the clothes rail was ordered on 30th April and dispatched the following day on a next business day signed for service. Fedex attempted delivery on numerous occasions and the parcel was only successfully received 2 weeks after dispatch.
Even though all our parcels are packed securely, damage in transit can unfortunately occur. Of course our customer service team are very happy to rectify the situation immediately. Please contact us if you require any further assistance.

The items were cheap and good quality, but a couple were broken in delivery. The delivery was fast but expensive.

a proud new piece of furniture in my bedroom
My new double clothes rail is exactly what I wanted. It serves as a permanent "wardrobe" allowing me to see my clothes and by buying the extension and extra rail I can fit twice the amount of clothes into the space. No more searching around for trousers stuffed into drawers. It is sturdy and looks elegant.

I was very impressed that someone in Customer Services actually phoned me on the morning of delivery to give me an estimated arrival time. This is a bone of contention with most companies who deliver, so I was very pleased that someone had actually noted down that I wanted to know the delivery slot, and had taken the time to call without me having to call them :-)

ordered by telephone ,sales advisor very helpful, even though i thought she said the rail was delivered from poland not poole in dorset! the rail arrived the next day after i placed my order that was a brilliant service, i aplologised to sales advisor she thought it might have been her accent! sounded american maybe .
