The site was easy to navigate, easy to order. Got the game I ordered a day early in perfect condition. Really good.

Excellent

I ALWAYS preorder my games from here and renew my XBL (which is a bargain) and never had a problem. Delivery is fast and efficient and I definitely prefer this site over every other online retailer.

For computer game purchases, look nowhere else!

Shop.to is quick and easy with extremely competitive prices. Not only that but they guarantee to have your game with you by day of release and they certainly always deliver on this promise. Packaging is always excellent and the product usually arrives in perfect condition. For computer game purchases I cannot recommend them enough.

frustrating

so i bought this last of us game through paypal with them, within there web site they have said to me that there was an error so i went to my computer and did it again and it went fine, the when iv checked me emails the first one went through and me being a student means that the have now wiped my account and i will no long have any money in there until i sent back one of the games once it has arrived, the 'help' options are very limited and has provided me with no help to cancel the unwanted order. so i would suggest that you all ways check your emails when buying from them

Great speedy delivery but the item was damaged

My item 'The Last of Us: Joel Edition' got to me quickly but the box was damaged which I was annoyed with, and then I check the contents and one of the pages in the art book was ripped like someone had open it before it was shipped which I was really upset with, so my item is in pretty bad condition

Excellent service

Ordered The Last of Us - Joel Edition at around 4pm and it arrived the next morning, can't ask for better than that 😃

Speedy dispatch but poor packaging

Received my PS3 copy of The last of Us but it came damaged, the box was creased and had slight rips on it. It came in a bubble envelope but had not other protection whatsoever and was loose inside the envelope. It took a real battering
Items like this, should come in a box and be wrapped in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap.

1 Star for fast shipping, would have been 5 if the condition of item was mint

Very fast and reliable service

I use Shopto for all of my video game and console purchases. To date they have never delivered a game or console late and I have been using them for a few years now.

The Last of us order

I ordered the last of us and Had excellent delivery as always. i looked forward to my next Buy :-)

Prompt delivery but damage to item packaging

Used Shopto to on many occasions and had no issue with their packaging. A bubble wrapped envelope is perfectly adequate for a standard release video game is perfectly adequate because the item is flat.

However, I paid for this collectors edition item the hope that it would be packaged appropriately, especially considering the price I paid for it. Unfortunately it was packaged in the same basic bubble wrapped envelope. My 'The Last of us' Collectors edition arrived squashed and ripped. Only my desperation to play it has stopped me from sending it back.

I am disappointed in having my collectors edition damaged and hope that Shopto change their policy and adequately package higher quality items. I'm usually pretty cynical about these feedback requests as nobody ever seems to respond, so I hope this has been taken seriously. I am usually a very happy customer who will only be critical when something deserves it.

Always Quick, Always Good Value, Always Excellent

The best way I can describe Shopto.net is to say that it is very much like a local game shop that really values its customers, always has the lastest games and makes sure that you aren't charged a fortune for the privilage of owning them.

They always keep you up to date with orders and 95% of the time you should receive you product the next day, and thats with the free delivery. You heard me correct, FREE, no charge and the game/product will still get to you the next day, the majority of the time.

I have never had an issue with Shopto.net and will carry on purchasing my games from them as long as they are proving such a good service, along with the excellent value of their products.

Most games are dispatched within 5 mins of ordering them and almost always delivered the next day. Plus the ability to pay in advance for pre-ordered games is very useful.

Everything a gamer would want

All the time I've been using ShopTo they have been consistent in price and service. I pre-ordered The Last of Us a couple weeks ago, and, true to form, I actually received it the day before release which was a perfect result!

I would recommend them to anyone.

Best price, quick delivery

Excellent service. Bought a Wii U, and price with Mario bundled in was around £20 to £30 cheaper than other shops who were selling just the console. Free overnight delivery and item arrived next morning as promised. Very, very pleased and will use again.

Sells great products with great prices and has a great customer service.
This store has taken over my other outlets when looking to buy games.
I also like the points system on purchases Just wish that the points was worth a little extra money.

Big Popup Banners on Checkout. Hard to dismiss!

There was a pop up banner blocking the check out option, which had a massive 'add to basket' option, and a tiny close button in the corner in black on a very dark red title bar.

This suggested I add an item for £23 to my basket, saving me an amazing £2 from retail price.

I don't shop at stores which try to sell you extended warranties and monster HDMI cables to get away from crap like this.
