Not up to ShopTo's usual standards.
I ordered my game on Thursday afternoon (25th April), however despite it being in stock, it wasn't dispatched until late Friday morning. Am still waiting for it to be delivered. Have always had my orders dispatched and delivered promptly from ShopTo in the past, so this has been very disappointing.
Edit: 2 days on from writing this review and still no sign of my order being delivered. At this rate I won't be using ShopTo again - have previously used them as they've always been prompt with dispatch and delivery - now they aren't any better than other similar websites.

Constant problems
Codes not given or incorrect, overcharging hours before pricedrops, things not posted when they should have been, refunding you for errors they've made but not by cash, by points you must then still spend with them, I could go on and on. They are useless.

Fast delivery every time
I would recommend Shopto most highly. Have order 4 products in the last six weeks and each itemwas delivered the following day. All items recieved in perfect conditions. Would us Shopto over other mail delivery companies.

A great shop!
I was told about this shop so I decided to have a look. I instantly pre-ordered Deadly Premonition The Director's Cut for PS3. It was a lot cheaper and it promised to be delivered on the day or I would get some money back. I got it a day before. The communication was excellent. They let me know when the payment was taken out and the item sent. I will most definitely buy from ShopTo again! Very, very happy.

Absolutely great service, fully tracked awesome
Never bought from shopto before but will be coming back that's for sure. Do not hesitate to buy from shopto.net. Great communication status emails throughout. And a great tracking service from the courier with handy one hour slot so I didn't have to wait in all day. Totally great.

Disappointed in the delivery service, as I had asked for it to be delivered to a neighbour and this instruction was ignored.
The purchase was good and if you are able to be in on the day of delivery - excellent service.

Why pay more
Why should you pay an extra £6 to get next day delivery, when you friends opts for free first class and gets it the same day.
Their are other companies out their offering games upto three days before release day.
I've purchased my last game off you and won't be using your service again.

Our service is described as follow:
We processed you pre order on the 23/04 at 19.51 when office was closed...
We dispatched your order on the following day 24/04 with the service you have selected.. DPD
DPD has delivered the day after that was on the 25/04... (Thursday the day before the official release date..) informing you at what time they would be deliver to your house..
I called this delivered the day after...

fast and straight forward
ordered dead island riptide and it came a day before release. The main reason I started with shopto was to get games by release day at the latest and they have done that. They even send a picture of your package along with the dispatch email. I will definitely use them again for my future pre-orders.

Deepest Joy.
after a month trying to get a pair of gioteck headphones from 'one of the fastest-growing websites in the uk' (see my other review for details), it was a real pleasure to return to shop-to on ebay and have the item delivered in 2 working days.
i have bought from shop-to twice now and both times dispatch has been prompt, price excellent and no problems.
i can't fault them and would be happy to recommend them for all gaming needs.

Hi their! I ordered an Xbox 360 headset last Tuesday before 5:00pm so I could possibly get next days delivery! It's now Monday and it still hasn't arrived?

Too many bad experiences...
They cancelled a £100+ order without reason and credited my account with the refund, rather than refunding my card or better yet, not charging me until they dispatch it. I was told I had to wait a few days for the accounts team to transfer my account balance back to my card. This happens frequently.
Most orders are shipped within a few hours, but on many occasions, they are not sent until I call them up the next day. 5 minute dispatch is way off!
A few days ago I received a message from them telling me my account was blocked until I sent them by email proof of my identity (i.e. passport) and a full scan of my debit card! Apparently, this was because I placed a small order on their ebay outlet and there was a name match. My bank has advised me to no longer buy from this company, as sending such things unencrypted puts me at risk of identity fraud.
My advice is, use them if you must, but pay with a credit card, as this gives you added protection if they charge you and don't send your items. If any company asks for a copy of your passport and bank card over email, just report and move on.
EDIT: I only have 1 debit card and 1 paypal address – confirmed/verified and used for years. If available, I will pay with Paypal, but for big orders its card only.
I ordered some items from the site and when I went to order more, I saw you bumped the price from £7 to £10, so I bought it from your ebay outlet at £8. The only thing suspicious about my account is the number of cancelled transactions, which is not my doing.

ACTUALLY we have been told from our bank fraud team that your transaction could not be processed therefore we refused your order.. you keeping ordering same game with two accounts.. one on ebay and one direct to our site.. changing cards and using different paypal account every time.... Fraud team have refused your orders!
Edit1.. Like I said before the bank flagged as fraud transaction... beside you orders are for 3 the same game and also requesting to deliver via courrier that is £6.00 each items..?? why would you need 3 the same game and so express that you would pay even £6 each?

What Play.com can no longer do!
I've been using Shopto.net for months now and it's been the best website for games that i've come across since the old days of Play.com.
Very fast dispatch and delivery, products are in perfect condition every time. Out of 12 items only one thing has gone missing in the post and Shopto.net sent a replacement product in literally a day or two. Fantastic!

Safe, Timely and Very Reasonable
Shopto.net were great and have been from the beginning I ordered with them. The service alone was much better than a lot of online ordering companies I already order off of; free first class shipping and cheaper prices are what make this site I think.

The best and cheapest place to buy games
Saw this company mentioned on a forum and gave the a shot, delivery was absolutely second to none (I pay £50 a year for amazon prime for next day delivery and it's still not as good as Shopto) prices are fantastic, so far I'm yet to have a single problem. I pretty much buy anything gaming related from here now. Website however is a little shoddy and navigating it without knowing what you want is naff.
