Swift, simple & smart
Good prices & a straight forward site encouraged me to make my first purchase. When items were dispatched i received a confirmation which included a photo, which seems a great idea. Items arrived within 2 days of order. I'd definitely use this site again.

Great service however felt uninformed
It was a great fast service in which they sorted my return out and sent me a knew one within days however all i recieved in that time was two emails one telling me about a transaction that cost 0pence and another saying thank you for your purchase and this was unclear about what was happening with my return and then the email came through that i had been charged a price for my return however i think they reimbursed my payment then charged it again which is fair enough but it is unclear that they did this so i was worried, i tried to call the helpline twice but no one answered. Its great fast service just would like to be kept more in form of whats going on especially with a return of a product

shop to net is a excellent site to buy games if u dont mind waiting on your package, ordered on monday and was dispatched on monday, but now on thursday still no game even though it was for my sons birthday today!! so left with a very upset son!!!! Now almost a month later still no game and a long and complicated lost claim prodecure!!!

ShopTO.net "EXCELLENT" in every way,delivery,quality,price and communication.
Decided to purchase a Nintendo Mimi Wii for use by my grandaughters and to use as spares, and or replacement, for our old original Wii. The quality of my purchase in every way, was one of the best I have ever experienced, with on line shopping. As yet I have not tried the product, but it arrived safely and within the time I was told.

Fast delivery + cheapest around

Totally brilliant purchase of BOP2 Hardened Edition!
Having finally decided to purchase CoD: Black OPs2 I scoured the net. I was just about to splash £35 for the standard version at GAME when I thought I'd check the prices for the Hardened Edition......£2 cheaper than this at ShopTo!!!!!

Low prices, free next day delivery. Use this company all the time.
Used this company three times now and each time the parcel came the very next day (in the UK) which is pretty good considering you get free shipping. Prices remain low and your loyalty gets rewarded through the membership system which you join automatically after making your first purchase. I would definitely recommend checking their website out when looking for new computer games or accessories.

An amazing nights sleep! The best mattress I've slept on.
I have been impressed by everything. The ease of ordering, the fast delivery and the mattress itself. I would highly recommend this mattress and when I come to replace other mattresses I would definitely come back to this company. A big thumbs up from me!
Important note: there are no care instructions with the mattress, so Google the care for a memory foam mattress, but that is a minor point.

I'm sorry to hear your order has not yet arrived. I can see that your order was dispatched on 08/04/13 by FIRST CLASS post. I can confirm this has been out for delivery since then and if it is not with you at the moment it has most likely ran into a delay in the Royal Mail system. Please accept our apologies on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay in the delivery of your item. Almost always FIRST CLASS deliveries are within 1-3 days but on the odd occasion they can run into delays. As it is on the way I would expect delivery within the next few days.
