As a merchant of shopzilla, Their CS don't answer our questions, don't respect their customers , without reason deleted our account ,
and which show on our google analytics only 30 clicks, but in shopzilla report there are more than 1000 clikcs, i wonder why, not only didn't they give us the answers , also deleted our account, my experience there is so bad, indeed a bad company and bad customer service, never go there any longer

I have sent 10+ emails to them via their ticket system, but never got any reply.
There is a big problem in my account but I was fully ignored by them, oh one more thing, their tellphone number shown in their merchant page is a wrong no.
I have deposited thousands $ but I just want to know how to get refund from them.
We have ROI tracker installed on our website. We showed 44 clicks in a two day period , Shopzilla says 1200 and costs us about $400. When questioning the discrepancy they claim they use affiliate sites to maximize our click throughs. When we asked for proof a list of vitors ip address something to substantiate there claims they do not give out that information. Then asked for these so called affiliate websites so I can see what came from them that info's not available either. I believe there product to be untrustworthy great idea but no return on investment.
I have had a nightmare with a listed approved Shopzilla company by the name of coffeebuyer based in Barnsley UK
I trusted company with an on-line order because of the so called bona-fida reviews from Shopzilla.
I placed my order and then had to do a review for the trader via Shopzilla..
My order never arrived - contacted company who stated had no record of my order - asked for a refund and over a week later what a surprise no refund - now the hassle of dealing with credit card company etc etc.
Site pay system 'sagepay' no help what so ever and despite numerous e-mails coffee buyer do not replt!
Avoid coffeebuyer,avoid Shopzilla as no means to pass comments via contact us section of site just numerous sales leads encouraging companies to sign up.
Wish I had never heard of all 3 companies!!

As a matter of policy, Shopzilla reviews new accounts to ensure they meet certain standards of quality. Unfortunately, during our last review, your account was determined to be a bad fit. As a result, we have decided to discontinue your company's participation in our Merchant Listings Program, effective immediately. The terms and conditions of our Merchant Listings Program, as agreed by you on joining the Program, provide that either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Section 6 of the Merchant Listings Program provides in full:
6. Termination. If you are dissatisfied with the Merchant Program or with any of the terms and conditions contained herein, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your participation by giving us written notice as provided below. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account and/or discontinue your participation in the Merchant Program or any other Shopzilla service at any time. All decisions made by us in this matter will be final and you agree that we shall have no liability with respect to such decisions. No Merchant shall have any vested right or enforceable interest to participate in the Merchant Program.
this is why they suck. would you invest hundreds of hours and money into a seller account that can and does just "up and quit" for no reason?

After spending more than $1000+ within less than 1 month for PPC with Shopzilla.com, realized that barely 1% ROI conversion, actually not even traffic result. We decided to cancel our service with them. With $200 (credit balance) still left on our account we requested for refund. With so complicated refund request; Emails,Filled out form, send fax, called 3x, it's over a month but we still do not get our refund. Seeing how many people complaints on BBB, surprisingly they are still in business ? This genuine complaint is about Shopzilla.com in Los Angeles, CA - USA
I am trying to get into the personal protection business. I would like to sell items like: stun guns, pepper spray, personal alarms etc. Right now I only have stun guns. I listed one stun gun on shopzilla.com, registered as a seller, and pre paid $50 to their site. They cancelled my whole account within 24 hours. Their reason was "my product is not a good fit for shopzilla" I received no refund. There are 6 stun guns still listed on their site EXACTLY the same as the one I tried to list. And over 100 other stun guns as well. I have e-mailed them numerous times but nobody has told me why I was singled out. I even called them on the phone. The person I talked to said that wasn't their department but somebody would call me back. They never called. Experiencing this type of descrimination is new to me, and I don't like it. Especially since it was for no good reason. My stun gun was even a lower price than the ones already listed. I would never recommend shopzilla to anyone, and will never do business with them in the future. I would rate them no stars if I could.
