I cycled from Guildford to the store as it was recommended as the store to try to visit for fittings. I was also advised to be careful as it's pretty easy to spend a lot of money in this amazing store – I decided to leave my card at home and purchase online.
I tried the tri-wetsuit on in store. The staff clearly knew a helluva lot about triathlons and what worked and what didn't and spent a great deal of time fitting and uming and ahhing about my body shape in the wetsuit before deciding on the correct size for me. The also recommended a few other products I wouldn't have thought of. Having tested the suit in the water all I can say is - perfect.
Ordered next day delivery for a product- and it came early the following day. Ordered a new saddle for my Tri bike- and it was on time for me to race on it at the weekend...... Good service with no hassle.
Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had a faulty inner tube as it exploded after only being inflated with a very small amount of pressure in it. No questions asked they told me to send it back and replaced it with a very fast delivery time. Will be using again in the future with this level of service and returns policy.
The product was received in good time but was faulty (no fault of sigma) I have found the returns service to be exceptional. They have gone out of their way to get my products to me before I race.
I bought a pair of Bont Riots using the size guide that Bont recommend. However when the shoes arrived, they were a very very tight fit. I called Sigma where I spoke to a very pleasant lady who I believe was Helen, who sorted out the return label for me with no fuss whatsoever. I bought the larger size and sent the small pair back, where a refund was issued for the return (I couldn't wait for an exchange so I bought another pair). All in all, a great shop to use, and I will do so again. Well done to the Sigma team, Rob
Ordered cycling shoes, as is often the case when not able to try them on were wring size. sent back asking for bigger size and no issues just fast efficient professional service.
I purchased the new bont riot shoe from sigma sport over the internet. After measuring my feet the size I ordered was too big. I spoke to customer services and sent the shoes back and promptly received my replacement at no further cost to myself.
I will defiantly order with them again
The package was send and I received confirmation about dispatching. I paid for tracked delivery, but no track code was received. I filed up the web form, but no answer, then I wrote to 'websales', where I could talk to someone, and they provided me with track code. The track code was not working, claiming that the package was never send. They send the package over Royal mail, even though the price of the package was higher then £250. When asking over 'websales' e-mail what is wrong with the package, they just responded, that they will check and let me know. After few weeks, there is no answer at all, and they do not respond on e-mails at all. So now, I have no package, and no idea what is wrong;) I just hope it is just delayed at customs. Otherwise I will sue this company down to every penny.
I've ordered tri bars on the 16 of May 2013. It was only when I phoned on 29/05 that I was informed that the particular item was out of stock and new order of tri bars will arrive 7 June when it will immediately be shipped out. It was shipped on the 11th of June - after I've sent an followed up email to confirm whether the tri bars has been sent.
The delay had a knock on effect in arranging a bike fit session with Sigma. After a couple of phone messages and an email, I've managed to get hold off the bike fitting technicians who only had a slot available at the end of the week which was too late for me. I'm now looking for another fitter to help me asap.
I like the store and the set-up in general. However, despite the staff being friendly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and at a time which I could least afford it.
i am one of the oldest Sigma Sport customers (in both my age and the number of years i have been a customer), its a great shop with no atmosphere. The service I get is excellent but only from the staff who know me, the ones that don't just look straight through me and i most cases never speak. In the last two weeks I have been into four top cycle shops in London and they have all welcomed me, asked if they can help etc. etc. this never happens in Sigma. All these shops gave me 10% discount without me asking, i don't get any at Sigma unless I ask and if I am lucky it is only its 5%.
I shall continue shopping at Sigma but i am not happy guy and disappointed in the direction it has taken
Ordered two of something, only one was available, Helen suggested I order something else, so I did.
The something else cost 19 pence more than the original thing, but Helen let me off.
No issues, good communication, prompt delivery, and e-mails from Helen: I couldn't ask for more.
Prompt delivery, item as described, comepetitive pricing. No problems at all.
Goods as described simple and easy transaction with rapid delivery of goods.
spent over £1000 on tubeless wheels, the store had more staff that customers I wanted to change the bearings in the wheels but nobody could advise me

I ordered at tyre from Sigma Sport due to the fact they were about £10 cheaper than everywhere else. I've noticed previously that they have a great range of products and now that I know they are very efficient, I'll definitely be back.
I spent over 3 hours in Sigma on a Sunday afternoon and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to give me advise from their personal experiences and I came away with bib shorts, tops, arm warmers, gillet, socks, sunglasses, tools, helmet, seat and seat post that proved to be perfect for my London to Paris ride in under 24 hours. If you want the right kit there is no better store in my opinion.
I also took back a Lezyne under seat tool bag as the velcro strap kept on coming undone which they exchanged for another make with no problems at all.
Will be recommending to friends and family.
I ordered a Huub wetsuit, 2XU tri top and shorts and a race belt. I live in Switzerland which can cause problems with shipping due to being outside of the EU, it seems Sigma Sport know what they're doing with international deliveries as my order arrived 3 days after I placed it and I was able to pick it up from my local post office with no trouble at all.
Leona Kadir is very knowledgeable about all products and was very good in keeping me updated on expected deliveries, then organising the relevant fittings in the workshop. Perfect.
I bought gloves and had to return them due to being faulty, sigma sent me a pre paid label and notified me when my product had returned to them and instantly refunded my monies.
Whist the product was not fit for purpose this was not sigmas flat and they made every endeavour to fit it.
I will defiantly be shopping with them again
A great item at a good price. Initially the shop sent the wrong item but they addressed this mistake promotly and efficiently. A shop that takes customer service seriously. You should be congratulated

I'm really enjoying the customer service and customer value provided by Sigma Sports. Not to mention they have very good stock and usually stock specialist items that the other major players don't typically stock. Prices are either reasonable or excellent so will continue to check in with them before purchase.
Ordered a wetsuit with one day delivery and it arrived in time. Wetsuit sizing guide was accurate and very happy with purchase.
First time I've used Sigma, I ordered all the wrong sizes so re-ordered some more. Returned items were refunded within a few days.
Good work Sigma and kept me informed all along.
Being absed in SA and ahving my credit cards (both SA and UK) registered here caused real problems with Sigma's website/online ordering but I persisted and called Sigma direct. I spoke to Helen who was frankly amazing and suggested a couple of options to me. I got there eventually and ordered what I wanted. OK, so it wouldn't have happened without human interaction but at least that was there as a back-up, a back-up that worked 100% quickly and efficiently.
Being based in SA I am clearly not the 'normal' customer but despite initial problems in using the website I would come back again.
Was sure which size of Assos big shorts were the right size for me. So ordered two pair to see which was the most suited. Sigma Sport supply a Collect+ returns form (UK only) for anything that needs returning so the pair I decided to send back cost me nothing to post back. Also the delivery to me was free!! Returned pair were processed very quickly and my card has already been credited the amount. Like I said, great service.
Great product! As described. Just better. Could not even get the correct size at the Specialized store in London and they told me it will take 2 weeks but Sigma had it! And got it in quick time. No complaints. Keep up the great work. I will be back at Sigma. No doubt! Thanks

User friendly website, and purchase of products arrive quicker then expected.
High quality product
Popped into the shop for advice on cycle shoes (I had come from Evans rather disappointed). Was provided with a lot of help and assistance and tried many shoes. Eventually decided on 2 I liked and then they went to the effort of ordering in half sizes for me. A proper, personal service and competitive prices too.
I've also rented a wetsuit at Shepperton Lake from Sigma Sport and that was fuss free and easy also.
Brilliant company and very helpful and well informed staff.
Sigma are always THE place to go for any kind of bike or triathlon equipment or advice. TRheir staff are super helpful and always willing to take time to help a customer.
I go out of my way to go to them instead of another shop or online (which I never normally do) as I want to support them
Purchased a Zipp 900 clincher at a great price but I was unfortunately given the wrong information from the staff about which freehub body I needed to change the wheel from campy to Shimano.
This meant I unnecessarily purchased a freehub body from elsewhere costing me £6 postage to send back for a refund.
Communication with Sigma via email was slow and in the end I have gone elsewhere to sort the problem out and get the correct freehub body.
I wanted to really like shopping with Sigma Sport but will probably go back to Wiggle and Chain Reaction after this experience.
I have been a customer of Sigma Sport for over 10 years. Sigma has the best stock and the finest expertise of any bike shop in London (probably the UK). The staff are friendly, approachable and unpretentious. Dont try going there for a mountain bike, hybrid or kids bike - its just not their thing. Its not that they are being elitiest its just that there are a million other shops for those things. What Sigma do are road bikes and triathlon stuff and they do it brilliantly.
Really pleased with this jacket, as buying cycling clothing (especially Italian clothing) is somewhat of a gamble....in that i am UK large to XL, Northwave and Giordana i am XXL !!
