I ordered a K-Edge Go Big mount for my GoPro camera. A couple of days after ordering I received a call from James telling me that he believed the part despatched to me was incorrect. A day later it arrived and was indeed the wrong part. I called back, confirmed what had been suspected and they despatched the correct part immediately. The customer service at Sigma was and he always been brilliant in my opinion. Despatching the wrong part was merely a mistake, something I can live with, especially as they took the time to ring me and sort the problem out. Good customer service
