Dealing with problems well - an indication of good customer service.
Recently ordering items from Sigma, there was an issue regarding availability which arose in between my ordering the item, and dispatch. Helen from Sigma dealt with the the matter ensuring that I benefited from a price reduction which hadn't occurred until after my order and made sure that delivery was next day at no extra cost. These days we expect great service but the mark of really good service is dealing with things well when it goes wrong. I might have had to wait for my item longer than originally indicated, but they did everything they could once the error had been discovered.
