A little short on the communication side

Order was not processed for a couple of weeks. As it turned out, the item was not in stock. After contacting Sigma, a reassurance was given that the item would be sent as soon as it was in stock. The item was shipped a few days later. It would really benefit Sigma if they were more proactive and informed customers if there shipments are likely to be delayed. Other than that, the item received was as expected and I will do business with Sigma again in the future.
