Took AGES - I didn't need the items anyway, in the end they still sent it even if I had written them to cancel
I ordered some gloves which I needed badly. Everything was on order, I was told.
...except that it wasn't so after a while I was told to change the order. Which I did.
I asked them to ship IMMEDIATELY, and they said they would ship ASAP (in these words)
...except that it took in fact about a week.
I needed the gloves really bad, so I wrote them to cancel the order and got the gloves somewhere else. However, it seems they overlooked this mail, since they sent the gloves anyway.
It's wasn't a big order, I can live with it - but still the customer service needs something to be desired, imho.
