I felt let down at a time when I needed good / quick customer service.
I've ordered tri bars on the 16 of May 2013. It was only when I phoned on 29/05 that I was informed that the particular item was out of stock and new order of tri bars will arrive 7 June when it will immediately be shipped out. It was shipped on the 11th of June - after I've sent an followed up email to confirm whether the tri bars has been sent.
The delay had a knock on effect in arranging a bike fit session with Sigma. After a couple of phone messages and an email, I've managed to get hold off the bike fitting technicians who only had a slot available at the end of the week which was too late for me. I'm now looking for another fitter to help me asap.
I like the store and the set-up in general. However, despite the staff being friendly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had and at a time which I could least afford it.
